I recently got in Guild Wars 2 PvP, and I have to say that it punishes you if you don't know your character and your class: after the first hurdles it's a blast tho! An incredibly engaging experience!
@@Wenediyou know each class has a ton of stun breaks right? If you feel like your being stunned to often hell some classes you could take up to 3 stun breaks if you feel like you get stunned so much. Also kinda ironic cause if anyones played wow the stun lock on that game is insanely cringe.

I play Albion online it's a really good PvP game 3000 hours put in I do corrupted dungeons which is 1v1 PvP environment if you die you lose everything same with killing and I am rank 11 honestly recommending it it's not pay to win but you have to be good in PvP good luck
Mastery lvls and silver grind kills that, if albion have crystall arena 1v1/2v2/3v3 or any other type of ladder where you can increase your rating and fight with only losing rating albion would be number 1, but rn it has not good competitive lvl (u can look on popular streamers like KoKo - he is not good mechanical player but have enough swipe card to offer high ip sets and make that stupid videos) P.S. eng not native language
Pvp in eso has been incredibly neglected for the past few years lmao, surprised its on the list. Any ESO pvp player will tell you its been heavily neglected and not worth the price of admission
yeah its flat out dead nothing new since 2017 I believe most the devs that developed the PvP the first 3 years of the game are long gone. GW2 is much better in that regard balance is good at least skill really shows no cheesy gear gimicks. Albion and WoW combat is too dated never played BDO. Honestly its a good list

if ur gona focus on pvp in wow, u usually go to retail not classic. thats where the pvp community is. classic isnt very balanced or updated on pvp, retail has tons and tons of new class mechanics making the pvp combat many times more complicated and interesting, and constant updates and balance tweaks.

Respectfully played wow for like 5/6 years. Gw2 is just better when it comes to the actual mechanics of the game and classes that clash with each other. Not to mention the 60v60 battles when you are sieging a castle with your guild. Much more “intense” pvp that involves a lot of quick thinking, dodge rolls, and the feeling of fluidity. In other words it’s just more epic and has a higher skill cap. It’s not just cycling your spells as quickly as you can with macros and a step 1, 2 spell rotation. You can dodge roll in gw2 and the theory crafting actually works, there is no 1 best tree. Random off the wall combinations for classes actually work, which makes it more competitive. I mean this is coming from someone who played wow for 5/6 years and gw2 for 10+ years. I just couldn’t stop once I learned the game and it’s mechanics. Personally WoW died for me after cata, they just started handing out free things, and there wasn’t an end game. But the main reason I quit was 100% the combat and graphics. I got bored of single person stiff targeting. In gw2 I’m flying all over my screen with a random class I made up in front of a castle fighting like 5 people from a different server who are competing with ours. Totally just dik rode gw2 but that’s just my opinion.

The devs never cared for it and kept making flavors of the month sets to sell expansions, it bled the pvp scene dry. Now it's just moms in their 50's who play that game for the fantasy houses.
can't recommend ESO in the slightest, especially if you don't live in the same country as the servers or even state. the servers are atrocious, and the ping is unplayable. I'm in Australia and get 400+ ping just because the servers are that terrible, whereas say blackdesert online I get a steady 190ms (would be lower if my net was better). Fun game but shit servers that ruin the experience. I've even heard of americans still getting 150ms in Cyridiil

GW2 is what you want, while ESO has about the same number of skills you need to constantly buff over and over swapping bars watching short timers running addons its less about skill more about sets anyway.
played eso for 6 years, pvp has and always will be neglected. servers are laggy with desyncs, broken op sets every dlc and tanks and healers are always meta. game is a cash grab for mounts. avoid the game at all costs
ESO has the best combat mechanics. Very fluid. Best pvp system among other games. But the developers stopped working on pvp completely. It has too many bugs. It is lagging. The skillgap between players is huge. People just play in big numbers with proc sets (sets what deal dmg instead of player) to outnumber you. No one cares about fair pvp. All the veteran players left. No one is having fun playing pvp anymore.The 4v4v4 arena aka Battlegrounds is not about real pvp anymore. Few players playing it and only pve players who make tanky setups and doing only objetives. Pvp players were farming them not doing the objectives and making deathmatch from capture the flag, etc... Because they killed the pvp and the pvp players had no choice including myself. Back then there was so many teams fighting deathmatch. The queues were short. It was more fun than now. This game is garbage now and it will not improve since they not working on pvp as a sayed.
its dead we need to accept that while it was fun at the time getting 30-50 kills to 1 or zeros deaths that sort of balance and gear gap PvP vs PvE gear of course was going to kill BGs. I remember being mad at GW2 because of the way downing/death works, even a really good player will struggle to beat 2-3 average players at once. However looking back now GW2 is still very active pvp folks with a large pool of players and that is the reason. ESO while it was fun smashing hordes of average players with optimal(cheese pvp gear) its what killed the games pvp.

I was struggling with my sorc when I came back to the game in 2023, getting maybe 2 kills for 1 death. Swapped to a brainless one bar build... shield bash, deadlands and started getting 20 kills for 1 death. I left the game again soon after as same situation with my NB, changed to cheese sets start crushing. Back in 2015-18 when I played the game hard there was cheese but you still needed skill to back it up. ESO pvp is a joke the good pvpers left would have been potatos back in day... pure set carries if you know the broken sets you win thats all.

Bdo pvp is dead with marni ralms and no guild wars anymore. For years all the did was pushing more and more for PvE casuals now there is literally NO open world pvp. The rest of the PvP is gear capped means u don’t need to play the game actually to be able to teach the caps and be equal to an hardcore player. It’s just bad atm. I quit the game for it as there is no sense in gearing anymore. Can’t recommend bdo atm

like you dont have fun from game until u got 720 mastery and around 500mil on balance, and you can offer that all with swipe card, ofc you can do same in other mmo's like wow, but in wow u having fun while power up your char by yourself, in albion if you wanna have fun without swipe, you need to suck and suffer 10h per day for a month's, until you get that 720 and silver for sets

Contininth of the ninth sea (C9) also should be in here definitely top 1 I've played all of the games mentioned in here and (C9) is definitely the best in terms of pvp but the only problem for me is it's too p2w I can't compete with other people since I don't got that much on me that's why I quit it

@@hozeb8061 you can took 7-9ppl, swipe card to offer every of them 8.3 set, then just sit in any t7-t8 black zone and make tons of silver so its p2w
like you dont have fun from game until u got 720 mastery and around 500mil on balance, and you can offer that all with swipe card, ofc you can do same in other mmo's like wow, but in wow u having fun while power up your char by yourself, in albion if you wanna have fun without swipe, you need to suck and suffer 10h per day for a month's, until you get that 720 and silver for sets
