what will happend if i use two 10uF capasitors in parallel insted of one 22uF? cus i did that and after 9 and 0 diodes stars showing random figures. It is possible it is the capacitors fault?

You simply make more of these, place them in a row and instead of a buttons, use the carry-out output of counter to send the signal to the next IC
