Many of you commenting here about price seem not to have an idea of what building costs really are. Until you start one , then you will understand that to be landlord is not for boys but for men. When you know the costs of 16mm, 12mm, 10mm, 8mm , bag of cements , granites and other materials , then you can comment . I pray God gives you money to start one .
I think you don’t know the costs of building materials now plus labour costs . If you are building upstairs , only decking will cost you 5m for a standard house , setting to lintel and parapet btw 4m , roofing depends on material you buy , 4.5m , foundation to DPC , btw 4 to 5m ... if you fence , 3m and then to render and put gate you will spend upto 2m ... how much be this total now? Painting and flooring costs including land costs and other professional costs are not included .

Don’t insult even if u can afford it. Have you bought 12mm , 16mm or bag of cement that is selling at 2700 or 2500k ? Building material costs are very high now. Pray God to give money to build a house then you will know it’s not easy
We are not the one putting up these prices.... it's the owner, even when you tell them it's too expensive they'll say no it's not. Do you know how much I spent there... so don't blame us. Meanwhile, it's open for negotiation.
