This why I love this channel: You play what you are going to learn from the VERY beginning. I can't tell you how annoying it is when people talk for 8 minutes about what they are going to teach instead of just playing it. Thank you much!
That little man in the intro has a wonderful world around him ❤️ thank you for this lesson Marco! gonna have so much fun learning, and yes, totally, please teach us the reggae melody!!!
yes yes yes! Been working on pinky mutes for Reggie but going to try this excellent percussive sound! Let’s do some Reggie ! Loved seeing your son’s uke adjustment !
As always, an immense pleasure to hear these beautiful sounds you get out of your ukulele, and inspiring us to also keep on learning new sounds and songs.
thanks for the lesson, really nice to play. I use barre in all the chords, except Dadd11, and become much more easy to change chords and to mute then as well.
Very much interested to learn reggae melody too😄I’m sure we are going to get another marvellous 🤩 lesson… melody in different form will be always interesting. I’m sure everyone will agree
I just finished learning the structure. Loved it❤️❤️❤️😄 . Must say all your lessons are wonderfully prepared for us. Within this 15 minutes there’s so much to learn. Always grateful for your hard work to program this wonderful lessons 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. Lot’s of love for the little boy ❤️❤️❤️🤗look’s like gaining interest in your music 🎶 😄god bless
This is really lovely. The muting is definitely a hard thing to get right. But the results will be worth it I'm sure. Thanks again for being the best and often most challenging teacher. May I ask... I'm being looking at my nails length and grew them but find I get a sliding sound rather than a clean one. What would you suggest? Also I have Aquila strings on my tenor. I'm just not able to reproduce the bright clear tones as you do. Would it be worth changing them and if so what to? Thanks again for a wonderful lesson.
The sliding could happen because you don’t file your nails correctly. I keep a rounded edge and I use super thin sand paper to make it smooth. You should try … it’s all about experimenting. ☀️🎸
What about Jimmy Cliff "The harder they come"? Great tutorial though. I need a uke for travelling as I'm a lorry driver, any ideas? Don't want to bring my uke from home, want to leave one in the truck.
Hi Marcus. When you played that intro here, are you using the amplified output from you instrument ? Or is that being picked up on a microphone? ALSO have you boosted some of those base note by playing along with a guitar. I do love the rhythm sound that you made.

I use a microphone AudioTechnica 4040
Marco I would love for you to tell me which UKE you are playing in this video.
Yes melody please
yeah man
what modifications can be made to play this on a concert Uke?
Who wouldn't want to learn a reggae melody, what about them belly full but we hungry,
Why aren't you playing the versions of the chords with all 4 strings?
amigo puedo usar tu beat esta lindo te doy creditos}
Where? Please!
👍🙏❤️
Is this tenor uke?
🤝🙏
that's a "bubble" rhythm, would be annoying on every song, imo
Very interesting as always 😊🙏
