The series becomes much more romantic when you know the backstory: Zee wanted to act in a Royalty series cause of Nunew. He wanted these roles very much for the both of them. Hence Domundi (Parent company) came up with this concept. And Mandee is the production company that's creating this bl.

@@Alice_Novelland I did not know it has a book. Thanks for clarification. I thought it was a script. But to think of filming such a series, they need to agree to the concept of the Royalty. Discuss it. Then look for a book that reflects it. Lots of bl books have Royalty theme. But they chose the plot concept of the Next Prince. But yeah Doumundi did not come up with the entire plot. They might have had some ideas and Next Prince book seems to have reflected it. Western Royalty concept. BOC Royalty concept "Shine" and Mansuang reflects Thai Royalty. I would have worded it better had I known it had a book. I thought they came up with the full plot concept itself. Hired some author to write a script like BOC did with sammons three scripts (DFF, 4 minutes and 8 minutes. None of them have books) Kinnporsche was filmed once before. But the company went bankrupt and BOC took over. They did not agree to the concept at all and re-filmed it in it's entirety. BOC also had an entirely new plot written for KP. Majority of the plot had been changed. If they went with the previous concept, be it plot, cast roles, wardrobe, hairstyles, it would not have done as well.

I can say the waiting is not a waste. With the experience ZeeNuNew have earned these few years. Have made them portray their characters even better. Their appearances suit the Prince and the knight perfectly. Skill fully delivering the masterpiece to the audience.
The cinematic effect, atmosphere, costumes, veterans actors and actresses, have given extra bonus points to the drama. Directors, producer and the crew have given their best.
The Next Prince is gonna sweep up all the awards, will definitely be loved by not only Thailand but internationally for sure.

Been into fantasy novels these days~ always wondered why no country ever put it into drama series. Love how Thailand ahead of these... Their mixed race also supported the dreamy characters. The actors are all awesome. The setting is magnificent. This trailer is wonderful. What impressed me most was NuNew's continued growth in acting skill. I eagerly await this series.
