Steak, shrimp, poultry... doesn't matter. It's always flavored better than Chinese food with oyster and fish sauce or whatever.

It's usually a restaurant or here in Singapore it can be part of a food court (i.e. airconditioned place with various f&b stalls selling food and beverages which are usually of a more economical price compared to restaurants.) There are vegetables and mushrooms cooked in teppanyaki style too. And please refrain from criticizing Chinese cuisine, only some dishes and certain chefs/cooks season food with oyster sauce/XO sauce/fish sauce. If I aren't wrong, Thai and Vietnamese people use fish sauce in their food much more often than Chinese

Unsweetened Hot Tea in this environment is the best way to go for sure. I get it was part of the whole thing... but honestly, it is a great aspect. At least for me I *love* green tea unsweetened so I would find this a treat yes.. but for anyone’s else it is delicious, appropriate and even in terms of the meal, temperature good! I want to try this place so badly but unfortunately will never be able to.

A whole plate of it 20-30 pices as a meal every time I visited. Sake Chazuka. Due to it being very bland. It is sometimes used to feed people that are sick or have a up-set stomach. Warm and filling. I've had this many times when I was younger or had too much to drink the following night.

At $38.00 a head I thought that was dear enough for what you got, I think I would want to repeat the menu again, or, could you order the whole lot again at no further charge. A novelty (to me anyway), were the small "plum tomatoes" on a 'pyramid' of ice, - in our Country, - UK, - they would be served as all part of a salad and certainly not like that. There was certainly variety, I thought the dishes were never going to stop being served.
I love your channel. Salmon is my favorite too. I order lots of it when I go to Sushi place. I live near a Sushi bar that serves athentic Sushi. The head Sushi shef is my friend. They also make their own rice wine.
