you accidentally put the nail grinder link on the curved scissors and put the link for the curved scissors on the blending scissors. Besides that though, love the video and the effort you put into adding links. Thanks
Nice video! Your dogs are beautiful. As a pom owner, I'd also like to add 1) be sure your dog's fur is completely brushed out and mat-free BEFORE washing. Once wet, mats are MUCH more difficult to get out. 😞 2) Don't brush dry hair. Spray on a leave-in conditioner before you brush and after you shampoo. 3) Be sure the blow dryer is on the lowest setting, and don't keep it too close to your pup, moving it around a lot. ❤
@TheHAMMER91 Spray them lightly with a leave-in conditioner and then brush them to remove any tangles, etc. Once tangle-free, they can be bathed. I give them a good toweling off, and then I spray again with the leave-in conditioner before I blow-dry them.
this is super cute. But I laughed out loud at the part where she says ' just get your pom to lay on their back and chill while you trim the paws' lol mine would NOT be still
Aww thank you so much for your positive feedback! We always try our best to keep it short and edit any unnecessary part out to make our educational videos digestable but certain topics like "grooming" can be tricky to keep it short without missing any important details so it was a real struggle to maintain a good balance in this particular video but we're so happy you noticed our little efforts! That means a lot to us! 💕
thank you so much!! this is the most complete video on fur grooming i’ve seen! our pom is 10 months and it’s expensive bringing her to the groomer monthly. we are slowly transiting to grooming more at home so the groomer visits are less often. thank you for all the tips!
Aww thank you so much for your kind words! We are working on a new video on how to groom a pomeranian at home without scissors for those who are afraid to use scissors so stay tuned for that it’s coming in the middle of Nov! ❤️
Great video! You did a fantastic job. We trimmed our dogs for years. It’s a lot of work. I’m so lucky we have a good groomer friend that grooms our dogs now. Also good job Boo and Cece! You are very good models!
That's super lucky of you guys to have a good groomer friend!! 💖 Thank you! Boo and Cece are pretty used to grooming so they did well. Cece wasn't too cooperative when I tried to cut her hair though that's why Boo got the spotlight this time lol!
We have a 2 year old Pom / Long haired Chihuahua mix that looks a lot like your creamed colored puppy. Love your videos! I have been attempting to groom Nicky myself and this video gave me some wonderful tips, so thank you! You do a fantastic job with your grooming.
Aww haha thank you so much, Jodi! ❤️ I’m still pretty clumsy and their haircuts vary from time to time 🤣🤣 I’m definitely getting better with practice though so once you start getting a hang of it, it’s actually much easier than you thought! 💕
Thank you for the grooming info! I'm doing it right then ! The scissor cutting good too! I'm still learning the teeth brushing. Hudson doesn't like it. I have to find that specific brush and try again introducing teeth brushing in steps. I've been a Mom Pom for 2 years now.🐾🌸
Hello fellow Pom mom!! Aww thank you so much! We're so glad to know you enjoyed the videos! Yepp teeth brushing can be tricky and takes a while to get them used to it but you'll eventually get there don't worry! ❤I have a video on how to get them used to teeth brushing if you haven't watched it yet you might find some helpful tips there 🥰
Thank you! Don’t worry you will get there! ❤️ The more often you do it while reinforcing the trimming with yummy treats, the more they will get used to it and accept it without “protesting” 😂
If you warm all the products first in a container with hot water for several minutes it helps reduce the stress they experience due to everything being cold. I have a bin and toss everything in it-fill with water and 15 minutes b4 my first dog arrives. It helps them thru the process which can be so stressful for even the best dogs, nevermind the ones that arrive anxious. They love being towel dried and I would like to invest in a heated towel rack, but a dryer would work as well. Great tips-thank you
Great video! This helped us a ton. Unfortunately, our pom at 10 months is getting sick and they found it may be a liver shunt. Hopefully he makes a recovery.

Hello and thank for that wonderful ideas I do that to my 6 months old Pomeranian and since he was 3 months old I started to cut he’s hair just with scissors, and brush him every day and now at he’s 6 months old he have a beautiful coat and he loves he’s baths and trimming sección and it works wonderful with the treats 🐶🐾♥️
This was super helpful, I was nervous that the hair care would be really expensive, but the way you broke down each step throughly makes me feel a bit more confident! I’m used to trimming my Guinea pigs nails, so I don’t feel scared of that. But I’ve never used a razor/hair trimmer before, so I have to do more research on that. But thank you so this video/tutorial!💜

I wann buy another one Pomeranian so they can play . But scared to take care . One is so hand full for me at the moment . Do you think it will be best decisions so they play together and have fun .
Wow, Cece and Boo, you are perfect grooming models! (especially you, Boo) 🐶💕🐶💕 Beautifully made video -- every step is very well explained and demonstrated. It was a joy to watch it! I would add a small tip for the clumsy dog owners (like me) or impatient dogs (like Toto): use scissors with rounded (safety) tip to prevent accidents.
Thank you so much, Darko! 💕 Yes Boo is definitely a very good boy and always stays still during grooming 🐶 That’s definitely an excellent tip! 😍 I must admit although I always take extra precaution when cutting their hair always leave margin of safety and never hurt them, I cut myself quite a few times already because I’m clumsy myself 😅
What a delightful pom, mine wouldn't sit still for a minute as soon as i try to do his backside he sits down😂 i cant even get hold of his feet because he would snap at me😊very good job❤
Really help full vide thanks ☺️… love from India and do you have any tips about when you get a pom newly how to take care of it(I am buying a Pom)please…( how to train them )
Thank you so much! ❤️ I have a video coming soon on how to train your Pom some basic obedience commands (probably next month). Meanwhile, you can check out this video on How to take care of a Pomeranian daily th-cam.com/video/YER0qlO1KVk/w-d-xo.html or this one on how to potty train your Pom th-cam.com/video/sYc0Tcjic8U/w-d-xo.html Those two should cover most of the things you need to know when you first have a Pomeranian puppy. When does someone should start grooming the pom? When they are puppies with only the initial coat are we supposed to do something? I wanna start grooming her as soon as possible so she gets used to it but I'm not sure when to start. Thanks and sorry if the question is poorly written. If u explain this in a video and you wanna point it to me that would be great as well!
Great video! Really helpful. I have a question though, how did you teach your poms to stay calm? I have a 3 month Pom and I want to teach him that so when is time to groom her it will be easier😬😬 Love your videos!! Saying Hi from Chile🇨🇱💖
Thank you so much! ❤️ 3 months old is the perfect time to start training her to set her up for success later on 💕 I’d say at her age, the best thing you could do is to start touching different places in her body and reward her with treats and praises. And then you can try actually brushing her for a short amount of time and reward her so she can get used to it from young age. Of course puppies will always be puppies and in my video on “How to take care of a Pomeranian daily”, I actually mentioned a helpful tip on how to brush a puppy that moves around constantly 🥰
This is my first dog, she’s half Pomeranian and half dachshund, her fur is more Pomeranian. I’m glad I came across this video. Bc I have no idea how to groom a dog lol. 😅
Could you please list the name of the tools & products you use for the grooming process. I couldn't read the name of the medication to stop the bleeding if you cut their nails too close, or the name on the clippers. Great video! Thank you!
Thank you, Jessica! I actually listed all the products I mentioned in this video in my description box right below the video, can you see it? Let me know! If not, I can copy paste it down here for you! 💕
Do you have any suggestions how to teach my pom to lay on his back so that I could trim his nails? 🤔 he rarely likes to lay on his back and I dont know where to start 😕
Hi 🌹 I do have my Nala one female Pomeranian she is one year old and we are so happy with her she is kind and nice, we are thinking to buy one more female what do you think about it? It is better to have 2 dogs? I am very thankful for your answer, love your videos they are helpful and funny 💞💕💞
Thank you so much! 💕 Having 2 Pomeranians is like double the fun but also double the trouble 😆 If you can handle the trouble such as training 2 dogs, grooming 2 dogs and walking 2 dogs at the same time, I'd say definitely go for it because I think Nala would appreciate a companion ❤️ How does Nala usually do around other dogs?
@@CeceFamily she is kind and happy to meet other dogs specially Pomeranians, yes that’s why we think about it to give her a friend at home we are four taking care so there is many hands 🙌🏽, thank for your answer it makes it closer to my decision 💞💕☺️💕🌹
how do you teach your pom pup to not bite as you groom !! ?? My pup is 9 months and I still can't brush without nipping. I have desentitized him from the brush , treats when he is being good... aaghhh
My pom is very Weird, often ask pet from people he knows but show angry if they want to pet or give him daily fish oil. I do it myself now. I hug him while sit on chair criss cross. Lean back, gently brush him. If he start struggle to leave, I said to him it's okey, let it move a while, then with firm stronger hand to keep him in my hug. Rub him gently then brush him more. If tangled, I pinched the tangled fur and brush it, make sure to never pull the fur. It hurts me because I feel the steel bristle on my finger as I entangled the fur. I bath him on sink so he can see my face while I comforting him if I flood to many water on his face. He is very intelligent, I talk to him alot make sure he knows I do good to him even if it hurts. He was 8mo when I bought him a year ago. He still ask people he growl to pet him. Weird and shameless😂😂😂
Aww thank you we’re so glad you found our videos helpful! ❤️ This is a monthly grooming routine so you only have to do it once a month. I have a separate video on Pomeranian daily routine here: th-cam.com/video/xJyssORKdAc/w-d-xo.html 💕
So cute. I just groomed my pom. But ended so bad so i just shaved her body left her cute face 😂😂 i need you to groom her next time please and thank you
Aww haha! Don’t give up everyone has their first time. I messed up so many times before I could reliably groom them like this. Practice makes perfect! ❤️
Normally about 2-3 times a week and everyday during heavy shedding seasons. Personally I have to brush Cece every 1-2 days max because her coat is just super thick that she will end up looking like a mess about 12 hours after her most recent brush lol 😅
@@CeceFamily I've had small dogs before but they all had very short hair, so not very high maintenance. I've been wanting to get a pom of my own for awhile now so I'm still learning about them before I get one. Your infornation videos are very helpful, and the funny ones are really good, I've watched many of them more than once 😂
@@adammcilmoyl4278 aww thank you so so much! ❤️ and it’s awesome that you’re doing a lot of research before getting one!! That’s how I know you will be a good Pom owner when the time comes ❤️
When can I give my Pomeranian puppy her first bath ? Cece and boo are extremely good models since they're sitting so silently and nicely while the grooming session . My Pomeranian puppy keeps running so it could be a really hard one to groom her . Also how can I stop my Pomeranian biting since she's teething now
Hi! Generally, it's safe to bathe your dog after they turn 8 weeks old! It can be a bit hard to groom a puppy as they will keep moving around but it's something that will get easier with time, practice and constant positive reinforcement ❤️ I do have a video on how to brush a puppy that doesn't like being brushed coming up later today 😜
If you have a pomeranian at your home, then you exactly understand the struggle of handling the hair fall. For more Detail Check out this video :- th-cam.com/video/pPfo3IkXCBk/w-d-xo.html
I get the process and all.. but.. I've no idea how to do this on my 4 month old newly adopted pom. She is still in her crazy piranha stage. She won't stay still not even for a second. She chews on the brushes and happily chases the wind off of my hair dryer. I'm frustrated with her because I've been trying my best to get her familiar with the brushes & comb for a whole month without any meaningful progress 😞 Maybe it's just me being impatient.. but I'm wondering if maybe you can make a video of how to groom a crazy piranha Pomeranian 😅 puppy
Haha it’s ok you’re doing good! Puppies are … puppies at the end of the day and of course they are not gonna be standing still through all of these. I made a video on how to brush your dog when they don’t want to you can check it out here th-cam.com/video/MsF_oMnSoW0/w-d-xo.html Hopefully it helps! 😂
@@CeceFamily lol 🤣Yea, sometimes I just forget that she's still a puppy. Will definitely watch that video too, and stay focused on the little progress she's making. Poms are definitely energetic smart breed, hence the extra curiosity and exploration 😀 Thx for these videos! Luv your furbabies too! Keep them coming *lol
my pom Lola passed away almost 3 years ago now. she was only 5, but she had health problems including a club foot. so only 3 legs but you couldnt even tell with how fast and happy she was! i miss her every single day. we did everything together. i decided to adopt another pom.. finally.. and most of these tips i did with her in our grooming routine 💕 i cried, it feels like i did do some things right for her. i spent hours brushing and trimming, she loved the warm blow dryer. it was our calm time to love on each other 💕💕 i miss her so much.. im incredibly nervous for a new pom pup in my life but ive learned even more with your channel and will incorporate all your tips in my new babies life! thank you!! subbed 🥰🫂🐾
Hmmm our 3rd Pom now and never that tame when bathing. It’s “ get the dryer away from me and leave me alone”. CeCe looks like she is enjoying herself. We have most of these but not a curve brush and normally take the dog in for grooming but that is getting expensive. Thanks for the tips. 🤗
Yes I always bathe my Pomeranians at home myself and it’s really easy! 💕 I just couldn’t show it in this video because the setup of our small bathroom doesn’t work with our filming equipment 😂
Between 4 months - 10 months, Poms usually go through their ugly stage so they will look kind of like a monkey before they reach their full adult fluffy coat ❤️ Shedding is part of the process. Other than that, shedding is expected with this breed too! 😋

Nice video! Your dogs are beautiful. As a pom owner, I'd also like to add 1) be sure your dog's fur is completely brushed out and mat-free BEFORE washing.

A pretty and sweet Pomeranian
Thank you! ❤️❤️
I got all your recommended products for the at home grooming now only if I could get him to stay still while I cut lol
lol yes that's also a tricky part! 😂
Great video!!!!
Thank you so much!
❤️❤️❤️
Great hair grooming. Can you recommend brand of curved scissors. I think the link in the description is not working? Thanks.
Ooops thank you so much for alerting me about the issue! I've just fixed the link - it should be working now! Let me know if you're able to do click on it!

More of them they are so beautiful An precious
Aww thank you so much! We appreciate you very much! ❤️❤️❤️
thank you! your Poms are sweet!
Awesome thank you!
Thank you 🙏🏼
Great video! Really helpful. I have a question though, how did you teach your poms to stay calm? I have a 3 month Pom and I want to teach him that so when is time to groom her it will be easier😬😬
Love your videos!!
Aww dashchund and pomeranian - that sounds like a super adorable mix!
Thank you for the information (:
You’re most welcome!! ❤️❤️
Thank you so much for all the information. Do you use any leave in hair mask?
No we don't but you can totally spray some leave-in conditioner if you want them to smell good after grooming! ❤️
So cute❤❤❤
Thank you, Hong! ❤ (hello fellow Vietnamese!!)
wow you are really good at cutting the fur! i would think you are a dog groomer ! :D
Do you have any suggestions how to teach my pom to lay on his back so that I could trim his nails? 🤔 he rarely likes to lay on his back and I dont know where to start 😕
What do you use to get rid of tear stains?
So Cute 😍 💓 💗 💕 💖 ☺
You do an amazing job for not being a professional groomer! My professional groomers don’t cut as well as you!😂
Hi, great video! What kind of slicker brush do you use? I found the link you posted under the video but it isn’t linked to a brush. Thanks!
Hi! Oops thank you so much for pointing that out! 💕We've updated the link, and this is the one we use: amzn.to/3nQPX15
What is the thing that stops the bleeding?
Hi 🌹
I do have my Nala one female Pomeranian she is one year old and we are so happy with her she is kind and nice, we are thinking to buy one more female what do you think about it?
So you don’t need to wet their fur like conditioner fur spray?
It’s really a lot of work to have a pet..I always wanted a Pomeranian puppy and I’m getting it soon!!!
Congratzz!! It’s a lot of work but looking at their cute smile everyday makes it all worth it! 💕
@@CeceFamily THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
You are the best
Aww thank you sweetie!! ❤️❤️
You’re great 👍🏽
Do we have to do this everyday?
By the way I love your videos they are helping me so much!
Aww thank you we’re so glad you found our videos helpful! ❤️ This is a monthly grooming routine so you only have to do it once a month. I have a separate video on Pomeranian daily routine here: th-cam.com/video/xJyssORKdAc/w-d-xo.html 💕
How old should Pomeranian need to be groom or just a trim their fur coat
So cute. I just groomed my pom. But ended so bad so i just shaved her body left her cute face 😂😂 i need you to groom her next time please and thank you
Aww haha! Don’t give up everyone has their first time. I messed up so many times before I could reliably groom them like this. Practice makes perfect! ❤️
How often do they need to brushing? How often do you usually do it?
@@CeceFamily I hope so, they look like so much fun!
Is it toy pomeranian or culture pom?
@@CeceFamily Okay ma'am ♥️♥️♥️ Thankyou so much for your advice ♥️♥️♥️ Actually my Pomeranian puppy tries to eat the comb
Thank goodness the face rubbing is common with them, thought mine was just an extra extra drama queen
If you have a pomeranian at your home, then you exactly understand the struggle of handling the hair fall.

I made a video on how to brush your dog when they don’t want to you can check it out here
th-cam.com/video/MsF_oMnSoW0/w-d-xo.html
Hopefully it helps!
Awww haha!!! 😂😂
I like the rounded look, however I absolutely love the fringe on the front arms. It’s too much is trimmed around the legs they look like Chihuahuas.
That's one thing I don't have. I keep my pom short.
Girl u prettyy
Aww thank you! ❤️
How is their hair so thick and fluffy 😭😲
To be honest we think their coat quality is the combination of both nutrition and grooming as well as their genetics 💕🐶
Do you wash your pomeranain at home? I have one at home and I want to start washing him at home
Yes I always bathe my Pomeranians at home myself and it’s really easy! 💕 I just couldn’t show it in this video because the setup of our small bathroom doesn’t work with our filming equipment 😂
I’m Vietnamese
Have your Pomeranian has shedding around 5 months old ?
Between 4 months - 10 months, Poms usually go through their ugly stage so they will look kind of like a monkey before they reach their full adult fluffy coat ❤️ Shedding is part of the process. Other than that, shedding is expected with this breed too! 😋
my pom wont sit for shit.
Join the club lol.....
How often would you bathe your Pom?
I use a comb and a brush… my boy is crying, and I swear I’m brushing him EVERYDAY. Am I doing something wrong? I feel so bad…
Hi! Does he cry everyday or he only cried this one time you brushing him? Also is his fur matted and tangled?

Suggestion: look for fast hair growth shampoo to double hair growth.
Thank you for sharing! ❤️ Do you have a favorite shampoo for your Pom that you would like to recommend? 🐶
