I wonder why it seems logical to people that a mannequin would be floating, under a bridge. That’s a typical place to dispose of human bodies, not mannequins. I never heard of a store manager saying, “You go stock Women’s Clothing, and you go dump these old mannequins in the creek.”

You're disgusting. She's a child, her mother had told her to stay in, yes she didn't listen but kids do that. I'm 17 and have wanted to sneak out just for fresh air but the world is too dangerous now especially here.. This has happened too many times recently. No ones fault but the men.
