Scrolling is tricky because of the page you are trying to capture a has certain elements those will interrupt the capture. This is not caused by snagit but is a problem with how pages are created. You will find that some pages work and others don't. There is really no solution that can bypass the this today as far I'm aware.

The program pick pick works better. Played around with it 2 hours ago. Doesnt drop the quality of the photo either like snagit
