Been thinking to write this for a long while:
It could be my all time favourite band of this genre... for the incredible music, audio production, vocalist’s voice...
But (would be an unpopular opinion), it suffers in the lyrics department.
Other elements are so phenomenal that lyrics actually make me sad for the missed potential of the songs.
A constructive criticism:
There is an ‘in your face’ overuse of themes of travel, cold, moon, stars, night, sunlight in ways that are not creative. It is like listener already knows what words the next line can have. Please introduce subtlety, nuance and creative imagery, which feels less forced and more ‘immediate’ and authentically woven with emotions.
If lyrics department improves, you people are going to be a phenomenon imho as your music is consistently phenomenal and immersive in a way you don’t find anywhere in this genre (or any?)
This song makes us remember that one special person who had so much influence in our life and had beautiful moments with us but still somehow we couldn't make things work between us, This song gives us hope that we're gonna meet that person one day, things won't be same between us like before as we are committed to other person now but when we'll see each other again, reminiscing our time together with a content smile on our face then will go on our seperate ways truly wishing happiness for each other

It was more than a year ago or so, my friend had an extra ticket to a concert of Indian ocean in Pune and asked me to come along, at first I wasn't much interested but I did not have anything better to do so I went and God oh God, that was one of the best day of my life cuz I found one of the most precious gem, WCMT were the ones performing before Indian ocean.
