Super random, but you mentioned the chicken and it sparked my memory - Costco has really good deals on their protein and meat, especially organic, grass fed, etc. You can buy it frozen in larger quantities, and it's more budget friendly, too!
The tortollini soup looks delicious. I need to add it to my recipe list. I love making extra if I remember and freezing it to have cooking shortcuts. Egg white cartons I've used before are for cooking! Instead of cracking an egg and having to separate the whites and yolks you can quickly pour carton whites and make on omlet
