*Recipe:
*** Case 1: For angle less than 12 deg, it can be calculated quickly by the formula:
alpha = {D - d} / 2L {rad} ---) alpha = {D - d} / 2L * {180 / pi} {deg} = {D - d} / L * {180 / 2pi}
------): alpha = 28.65x {D-d} / l
*** Case 2: for normal angle: tan alpha = {D-d} / 2l
* In which: D: is the large diameter of the cone
d: small diameter of cone head
l: is the length of the cone
