Really good video on wellbeing by Mr Rhodes.... being a police officer myself in Lancashire under a number of CC.... I can honestly say the organisation has never been in a position so less caring about wellbeing.... the work by yourself and Mr Finnigan completely undone and eroded away.... such a shame! I don't feel sorry for myself as I'm on the my final run now really, but feel so sorry for the young cops joining now!
