Tilt their head backwards to open up the airways, and then do two deep exhales into their mouth. Be careful to not get puked at, so move yourself back after each exhale. After you have given oxygen twice, you have to perform 30 chestcompressions. You do this by placing all your upper bodyweight on the sternum of the patient, with your arms as a brace. Keep your arms straight and simply use the force of gravity to compress their chest. Lift yourself up and do it again. This is done in rapid motion. About twice a second. I know the straight arm sounds difficult, but you don't get enough power from using and bending your arms. And even if you did, you will never have the stamina to keep it up for more then 2 minutes. Therefore, you use your bodyweight. If it sounds complicated, look at a guide.
