No problem sleeping with cats on the bed. At the moment, I have one cat. She's very considerate and never wakes me up. Once I'm awake, then she wants attention, and not just to get fed. I keep a bottle of water nearby. Never would I do that with a glass of water. As for using technology and watching TV before I go to sleep, that's a habit I'm not ready to break entirely.

I personally don't think there's anything wrong with your animals sleeping with you. They are support animals for all kinds of reasons especially emotional support. My cat Smokey sleeps at the end of my bed at times but has to take turns with my dog Luke who sleeps in the same spot but when my cat is sleeping there Luke won't get on the bed. I think it's cute how they do it ❤❤❤

Ok for some reason that only happened when I slept upstairs with my little sister then when I came down here when I wake up it only a little messy on the top layer
I always sleep with my hair down but my hair is quite thick so it gets really knotty really easily so I usually just tie my hair up in a loose plat with one hair tie when I need it to be neat in the morning. I think doing that is fine because I do that alot and never lose hair.

I always sleep with my hair down but my hair is quite thick so it gets really knotty really easily so I usually just tie my hair up in a loose plat with one hair tie when I need it to be neat in the morning. I think doing that is fine because I do that alot and never lose hair.
