This video explains and shows how to fix the sounds on Shadps4 Bloodborne when you're using the 60fps patch and the sound mod. I haven't seen this bug yet when using any other patches or mods.

Sony nuked it earlier today
Once the emulator is ok with the sound library, it'll load everything. Currently, the mod is needed, but it's considered piracy because it's file extraction and its upload falls under the same copyright law as making the ISO file of the game available.
