This caught my eye on u-tube... very beautiful and new to me ... new to watercolor ... I'm giving it a try!!! Thank you for sharing your gift with all of us! Blessings to you and all who watch, a California gramma 😄🌴🌺❄☃🌘
I hope you enjoy. If you go to my channel you will see I have a short course on starting watercolour which may be useful. Enjoy your painting 💕
Thank you Wendy, it was also interesting to see you using Winsor Newton Cotman and not professional grade. That encouraged me ... have a few professional paint tubes in gorgeous colors... but 24 Cotman tube set. 😄🌴🌺
@@annenglish2935 yes the cotman colours are very good, I use them all the time. I am glad you are finding my videos of use. I have been teaching watercolour for many years and have learned alot along the way 😀💕
Happy New Year to you Wendy. These are lovely little studies and I am looking forward to having a go at these. I have lots of snowdrop photos to go through now!
I am sure you will enjoy 💕
Hello.Your lessons are very exciting and the main thing is clear. Thanks for the explanation. We are waiting for new works. Health and creative success.
Thank you for your inspirational feedback 😀👍
Wendy, these are gorgeous!! I'm not sure we have snowdrops here in America as I've only seen them or heard them talked about from people in the UK region.
That surprises me…..you may be able to get hold of some bulbs. There are lots of varieties, some cultivated and some that grow wild.. Thank you for the feed back 💕
Thank you very much for your creativity. Tell me do you work from photography or from memory.Very interesting.
I like to have the subject in front of me…..my own photos usually of from life if I am painting flowers. I am poor at painting from memory unless it is something I paint a lot like trees and foliage 😀👍
You are so talented. However I really wish you would not use masking fluid so much in your instructions. You really don’t need it! You have demonstrated in some of your videos that you paint just as well without it!
Fair comment…..I did say in this one that you could manage without……just wet around the flowers and drop the colour in. It does get tricky without masking if you want dark background and light flowers 😀
Love these. Thank you, Wendy.
You are welcome….😀👍
