Rental pricing depends on whether you are a student or non student as well as the length of stay at NLC housing .
Any stay less than 2 months and above is considered to be a short term contract and has different fee from a long term contract .

Hi beshie Ai, kapag bago ka palang na student dyan sa fsj, possible bang maka bili ka na car kahit used car lang? And pano po kaya ung license? Kasi po parang need talaga car dyan lalu pag mag stay ka sa dorm ng NLC, thank you 😊!
yes pede bili po car.. pede din gamitin pansamantala un philippine drivers license... 😊 pero mas magnda if apply narin license here 😊

Hi, I'm from Sri Lanka. We are planning to come there for May intake at NLC. As we have a 6year old kid decided to find a place to live prior to come. Could u pls help us. Great help. Thanks.
You could stay in the dorm temporarily 😊 or join the Fort St John facebook groups or marketplace to look for a rent. I know a place but it’s only a room. It us better if you will rent your own apartment. For now, you can stay at the dorm while looking for an apartment

Hi po. I know medyo matagal na po ang video niyo pero much appreciated po ang response ninyo. Hehe. Hindi po ba mahirap mag work kung naka dorm po especially kung gabi? May nababasa po kasi ako na wala nang bus at 7pm. Thank you po.
medyo mahirap po pag sa dorm then nagwowork sa downtown.. mahaba kasi winter dito kaya mahirap din maglakad.. no bus sa sunday and sa gabi po
