      There is no need for it, if you want to do it, you can but When varnish is applied to the mirror, the sign of the mirror gets effected.

    Many of them.add fevicol to this n then do mosaic . Why n what u advice n is this waterproof or what can we apply to make it waterproof

      No need to use fevicol by making paste.
      No it is not waterproof. If you want to make it waterproof you have to resin it.

      I have used sweet boxes kept at home which are a bit thick and then cut them into rounds and use it.

    Thanku so much for the wonderful tutorial...I tried it out...but my mirrors are little hazy and not so clear like u have shown...why is that so...n many mirrors became slight dents at sides

      Let it dry completely then rub with dry cotton cloth.

      The name of powder is plaster of Paris (pop).
      You can find it in any hardware shop easily available.

      This is Mosaic art in this art first we stick and then we apply the paste. And It depends on you how u want to decorate.

      I think problem is with your pop paste.
      The paste you made turned out to be thicker it's should nither thick or liquidity it should be in between.🙂

      Don't use pop . Use grouting powder for better results
