My nationals el prez was 6 seconds clean. Usually I run around about a second slower, depending on gun and holster. The previous with the STI .40, bladetech holster and pouches. A variation is to do this loaded with only six rounds, forcing a reload. IF you can carry over 90% of your good practice times in a major match; that is good.
So many variations of this drill too. You can increase the distance; shoot strong hand only, weak hand only; strong hand for 6; reload weak hand for 6; rifle for 6 transition pistol for 6; 6 to the body reload 6 to the head; mix up the target locations while the shooter is facing up range and make it a surprise. The possibilities are limitless! NOW GET OUT AND SHOOT!!
Well done
good time Fraser on that second run.
Love these videos, please keep doing these!

A good el presidente clean should be around 6 seconds + or_ .50 seconds.
Yea this I will have to learn ..
"I didn't load enough bullets!"
Well, I guess that means you did not survive the encounter.
Ooof
Witzke needs more patches. Hell, added ballistic protection when you get that many.
My upper lip looks frozen. WTH. :)
Way to go Frasor. Looks like you need to learn how to count!
He's a Marine -- counting past five is difficult.
