    When I was a stupid teenager my friends and I loved finding ways into old warehouse buildings, never found any reptile enclosures but we did once find the entire animatronic band from a chuck'e cheese!

    Happy New Year! The Boelens Python is a beautiful snake. Enjoyed the tour of the reptile facility. The caged could be cleaned and used. They appear to be well constructed. I hope the new owner will sell some of the supplies if they do not want them.

    Wow what a great spot.. wish I could have seen this facility up and running! But im happy I got to see this and imagine what it was in it's glory and somewhat sad of its demise.

    thanks for sharing that peek, man that was a trip! I remember being a kid and wanting a stack of those old neodeshas! I dont know why but that old milky yellow old school-medical colour had some kind of appeal back then, but it for sure now adds a real extra creepy vibe layer to that facility.
    Anyone know what they were made of? I heard that they were super heavy

    You should show chandlers wild life his in Florida. With Chandlers wildlife channel. Him and his mate, who also has a channel's. would love to know about this property, i think, and could contact the retailer to try buying the enclosures. I'm in Australia 🇦🇺 you might know the channel I'm talking about.

    Back in the day those cages were the real deal. Large investment he had there in cages and setup. Hate to see it just wasted.

    I would love to see you attempt to breed some Boelens. That would be awesome to see.
    I would sell my soul to the devil for a Boelens. I just love the iridescence but I also love how the head is so black it looks kind of velvety. It doesn’t reflect any light like “vanta black”
    Those basins looked fantastic too. as did the gtp. I love gtp’s that have the blue markings like that. I have one very similar except its still got some yellow left to change.I hope it turns out like the one in this video.

    I would like to think that the new owner will be a reptile breeder as well buying that place but with the craziness of Florida allowing any pet other then cats and dogs it’s hard to say🐍🐍🦎🦎🐢🐢

    Dam I wished I could find free enclosures. I'm trying to get funds up now cause my boas and carpets need bigger enclosures. Massachusetts sucks for reptile equipment. I can buy a reticulated python no problem.but find someone who sells food or enclosures big enough for them when they are adults is not east to find.

    Can't you just do a mouth swab for DNA on an arboreal if you really want to know while they are young?

      If you can provide a shed from the baby's sire, a shed from the baby's dam, and a shed from any previous offspring in which the sex has been confirmed, only then would a mouth swab be sufficient. Thanks for watching!

    Hey, man! I was wondering for a 3x2x2 boaphile enclosure, what would be a better wattage as far as heat panel for a sub adult chondro? 80 watt or 120 watt panel?

      My room temps hover around the 70 degree mark, so with that in mind, the lower wattage is sufficient. Hope this helps!

      @gsreptiles5606 I'm in Florida, and in my snake room it almost never goes below 70 degrees even dead in our "winter" lol.. humidity is almost always at least 60% in room.. thanks for the reply, that definitely helped, man!
