Can anyone explain to me the strategy to get this deal done if possible at all? I was lookin at possibly a owner financing package deal but not all of the properties were free and clear. The ones that had a recorded mortgage were split between two banks one of which had a due on sale clause and the other bank didn’t have such. I figured to package them all together still I would have to use a lease option or a land contract. Would that work or would I have to purchase the free and clear homes with seller financing and having a separate closing using subject to for the homes with mortgages ? Thank anyone for their time to answer before hand

I know the feeling, not the same, but I may lose a deal because I couldnt find a longer term lender or Partner. It happens, learning lesson...
Start building relationships and make a list of lenders you can reach out to when you do get deals
