I'm still working on my wife, from Borneo, to reach out and translate stories from Indonesia. 17,000 islands, over 100 different languages. She's being lazy on us. But they have ALL the same shit to share, from Sumatra to Papua. If I can see her to work on this, I'm calling Fred. I'm part native and I believe in conserving oral history of ALL people's history. Thank you.

    Thank you to your senior eyewitness, Adrien. He kept his senses intact when it counted. At 9 out of 14 days, this is a real high rate of frequency of sightings for a certainty. Am going to say a little prayer of safety for the locals. Thank you Fred for sharing this encounter.     Dear Fred;
All the signs here in the Duluth, MN area are pointing to a real snowy and cold winter.
If you are noticing an unusual amount of activity in the berry patches, then my guess is that your in the same boat we are.
The Hairyman are just working extra hard to lay up extra for a bad winter.
    Great story.
You are the best storyteller I know of.

Just found you Fred. I have had three encounters with Sasquatch. Two in the Sierra Nevadas in Ca. and two on my property in the Olympic Peninsula. My place is isolated, has a small private lake and is close to the Hood Canal. I believe I am on a migratory route. I find foot prints and piles if oyster shells and clam shells from the canal. Also, there is a salmon spawning river near me. There is an abundance of berries, wild plumbs, currants, and crabapple. I know they like Cattail root, because there are areas where will pull them up and also chase and catch frogs...to eat them I presume. I have trail cams up, but have never seen one on them, only other critters. I have heard whoops, pops and clicks and sometimes down by the lake it sounds like people talking, but like a foreign language. At night I sleep next to my Mossberg 12 gauge and and a 38 magnum hand gun. I feel if I leave me alone, they will leave me alone.

I really wish people wouldn’t push away their initial reaction to a place, person, whatever. Your primal instinct is usually spot-on. We talk ourselves out what those bells were warning us against, a habit we need to break. Also, I’ve been hearing more and more sightings of cavemen, where the person is rather insistent that it WASN’T a HairyMan…makes me wonder what all is out there, deeeeep in the woods. Not that I ever wanna know. I don’t trust that my mind won’t bend in a way that isn’t fixable.

Thanks Adrian for your story. Glad you didn't go after that bear.10 footers are nothing to play with. This tall one i saw his head had to have been at least two foot long and half as wide.dark brown mean looking eyes. I almost peed my pants. My knees buckled. I was thankful I was in my door way when I saw this thing. Very dark hair. Beautiful color it shined. Im in Mississippi and they've been kinda quiet for a few days. Thank You Adrian,
All I can say is I get so creeped out while you're telling the story.
I visualized being there in the story alone surrounded by alders, bush, trees vegetation up to your neck.
Never having a 100% clear line of sight of these hairy men unless they're right close to you ...
Thinking of being utterly alone and not understanding what I'm seeing is frightening....
Adrian freezing is a normal responses I think cuz your mind is trying to figure out wth is this , where's the damn bear ?? 🐻.
    Thanks again🙌
I couldn't imagine being alone in the Alaskan in deep forest or mountains having one of these hairy men checking you out??.
    🙋‍♀️😁..

Thank you Adrian for sharing your terrifying encounter. I'm so glad you made it out okay. Yes panic sets in and we know we shouldn't run, but that's easier said than done. Just curious Fred why there is no hunting the same day as flight? That's crazy that many sightings near berry patches in 9 days. I think we are all in for a harsh long winter. I'm going berry picking this weekend, definitely will have protection with me. With all our fires again this year the bears are definitely more aggressive , probably the Hairy Man is as well. Thanks Fred. Take care play safe.

No same day hunting makes it more fair. Because, you can fly around in your SuperClub to spot game. Land and harvest. Us poor people without Supercubs have to walk and don’t have the aerial advantage. Thus, no same day. Or, helicopters

It would be incredibly dangerous for local pilots, dealing with one more rich tourist wanting to push fuel reserves to look for game. People would die.
