Root canal treatment was performed on the mandibular left first molar (#36).
First Day
The chief director removed the caries and performed a GI filling, and on the next visit, I began the root canal treatment. The patient mentioned she came from far away and preferred to complete the treatment in two visits if possible. During the DL canal negotiation process, the patient experienced pain, so I administered an intrapulpal injection. The MAF was determined to be 30 for MB, ML, DB, and 25 for DL. PUI was applied, followed by soaking in 6% NaOCl for 15 minutes, and then temporary sealing was performed.
