They had "Go-Go" dancers in the back ground of most teen music shows. Being individual performers they would not have been able to slow dance so I suspect the producers had them do that. If you look closely, you'll see some couples slow dancing.

Its true. Back then, we'd write letters over the summer. This song always brings back memories of being in school and the bittersweet "last day." Kool man, that early 'beat psychedelia!"😎 ~ This seems to be the best video rendition of this piece! Vocals, music & visuals so smooth!!! (Don't mind the tattoos for the most part, if tasteful. ' Gotta be slim th🤣ugh!)👩🎨...🎶
Like por este maravilloso tema musical, inolvidables recuerdos, y por aquellos hermosos comentarios bendiciones para todos 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Nostalgia, memories, love and sadness for the lost things in life...
Great, fantastic and timeless song and hit with a beautiful voice!!!
1962? I was 3 years old. I started listening this song when I was 13 years old. I am now 62 years .... time goes very fast. I like this song very much.
Cómo me gustaría Star en aquellos años, solo tengo 35 años, que lindo, saludos desde Perú. Lima
I always love this song ,I have been listening to this song for years, never get tire of it .Thanks so much for shearing all the quality songs.....
One of the very best performers I have ever witnessed. He is just as good live as he is recorded. It was a privilege to be able to work with him and know him behind the scenes too. Cool dude.
You know him ?😮
Memories from a 60’s teen 🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼
In the beginning of October of 2020 was when I first discovered this great song and I played it with family till Christmas. It is a work of art, beautiful song.
I heard this song in 1985. I love this song from core of my heart
I always play this song the last week in summer. Reminds me of all the previous fun summers.Great song.
Though we've got to say goodbye for the summer
Darling, I promise you this
I'll send you all my love
Every day in a letter
Sealed with a kiss
Yes, it's gonna be a cold, lonely summer
But I'll fill the emptiness
I'll send you all my dreams
Every day in a letter
Sealed with a kiss
I'll see you in the sunlight
I'll hear your voice everywhere
I'll run to tenderly hold you
But darling you won't be there
I don't wanna say goodbye for the summer
Knowing the love we'll miss
Oh, let us make a pledge
To meet in September
And seal it with a kiss
Yes, it's gonna be a cold, lonely summer
But I'll fill the emptiness
I'll send you all my love
Every day in a letter
Sealed with a kiss
Sealed with a kiss
Sealed with a kiss
Thks

My sister played it 20 times one night told her get over it .I got bopped
Omg, this is so hilarious.
you probably deserved it ;-) something was on her mind, or perhaps someone...
She has style
I loved this song and loved my tween and teen years in the 60’s it was magical the best time of my life.
I was 13 in 1962 . Love this song
This video really hit the mark for making me, once again, the teen who stood glued to the radio while Brian sang this song back in the day. Out of all the mega-hits that flooded the 60s, this one was among the very top that rang sweet and clear. Thanks for the post, it's been greatly appreciated.
Ternyata lagu lama ya, tapi aku suka banget, walau ga tau artinya
I like this song so sentimental. I used to dance like the girls in the background of the Singer. Those were grand times for me as I had my parents who solved every problem I could not handle. And had my kid Sister also who recently died. But I have thought although married and with two grown up songs I shall never forget Sister.
Time goes by so fast, there's nothing left.
Well at least we can remember how it was, and we can keep our memories of those times. Regards.
currently 28 y/o, one of my fav songs of all time. I want to find anyone younger than me who loves this song also
Really loved this 1962 hit in my youth...and I grew up as a child and teenager in the 1970s and 80s.
