Unfortunately most of our medical examination system has superficial learning. I have to study again the whole mbbs with deep thinking with the help of USMLE and i am much more confident in my clinical judgement. our medical educators needs to learn from usmle organization. Also we need changes in our fcps exam system to make it objective.

very best inspiration sir......the best thing which i love in it when you said stratigey or plannig is importent for exams good ranking may be in top 10 or top 5 but the acutal thing is deep knowledge which a less no.of peoples take care about and in our exams we can't remember whole deep theory and also we don't have so much time to explain it out there but the main or important concept are necessary to remember for exams. ...... thank you so much sir if i am wong in writting it please correct me.

You are right sir, a deep study/learning and strategic preparation will make the difference in practical life but in exams in Pakistan you have to be a good ratta baz to get marks. Your hand writing is considered more than your knowledge or expressions. You have to use colors (markers) and other such tricks to get marks, that's why girls get more marks than boys. It's possibly a world record in human history that last year in KPK in FA/FSC exams of different boards, many students got full marks like 1100 out of 1100. Recently in CSS exam most students were failed in islamiyat, how can all students get failed in same subject? Can we not blame the over smart checker? I have seen a toper in his own subject was failed in the same subject in CSS exam. A CSS qualified tried second attempt to join better group but got failed in the second attempt and he is still a CSP officer even after got failed. Is this not a unjust or exploitative system?
