what can you do exactly with those data breaches how do i use it to my advantage? plss explain

There are multiple use cases. For example if you’re a read teamer, then you could search breached data for exposed credentials. Alternatively, if you’re on the blue team, its good to monitor the breach sites for this information to stay ahead of any exposed data.
