I remember when i started my walk with Jesus. I smoked weed. I needed it for my fibromyalgae, for my anxiety and my insomnia. I ask God for wisdom know what he told me. Quit smoking. So i did, my old my fibro medication no anxiety and no insomnia. Now i have a deep understanding of the bible in Hebrew. To me that is grace being use by God for being obendience. Another point is you don't need substance to get you through what ever you only need God.

I'm hung up in the part where you was talking about what Grace is not it seems as if he speaks that you can lose your salvation but in the end you can be sure of your salvation because of God's grace
Well salvation is there by grace, but we can most definitely walk away from it. God will not force us to obey, so when we willingly disobey we basically tell God we don't need Him or the sacrifice of Jesus, and so we reject that grace.
