      Back pain can subside naturally for most people. Meaning, these guys can tell you anything and you’re body might naturally heal. All these stretches are basic and available on any page. Let’s talk about about surgical procedures.... Let’s analyze MRIs and examine whether someone needs fusion, ADR or a microdiscectomy. Let’s talk about Germany being 15 years ahead of the US in spinal health care.

      jumanjiwarlord a neighbor of mine was paralyzed after back surgery. Go that route only if a “good” chiropractor cannot help you. Let’s talk about the horrendous dentistry in much of Europe and Deutschland if you want to talk medicine. It has been a while and maybe that has changed but it (dentistry) was really really really bad in the past. Let’s talk about turmeric and other natural methods to help people rather than the Pharma, untrained in nutrition, medical doctors prescribe

    Hello Bob and Brad, I just recently started watching and subscribed to your videos. I really like the energy you guys generate.
    I broke my hip 2 years ago and had to get it replaced. I never thought how that would change my life.
    I get extreme lower back pain doing even the slightest exercise. I used to clean my house usually in a couple of hours, simple things like making the bed has my lower back on fire and screaming in pain. Just shopping through the store I have to find some place to sit to relieve my back. Within 15 minutes of walking I have to take a break. I'm talking about just strolling through the store casually shopping.
    Before my hip replacement I was always on the go, my sister and I use to speed walk at the mall three times a week, now forget that. I could clean my house, go grocery shopping, laundry, all before noon. I always have projects going, I hardly ever sat down. I never even turned my TV on, usually listened to music and would dance while doing my housework. I want my life back, muscle relaxers is what the doctor prescribes (screw that) We bought an inversion table, I'm afraid to use it makes me dizzy. We bought a topper for our mattress it is suppose to distribute your weight and support your joints and muscles.
    I am going to try some of the exercises you recommended for the back, I just joined the wellness center hoping swimming will help, at least get that boyency and weight relief.
    Do you know how many commercials for life insurance, Medicare insurance, pills that are to relieve pain, my favorite is I've fallen and I can't get up, I can relate to that one it's a reality. But 50 commercials a day! It's depressing.
    I just turned 64 and I know to keep moving is the best thing you can do. I force myself to get up and get busy and just let my back burn and overdo it.
    I hope I have pleaded with you enough to know I am miserable. Any other suggestions you can recommend are welcomed. (Think of me as your pet project.) I know you are very busy and am anxious to hear back from you. :(

    I went to Costco yesterday & bought 4 cases of six qty 1 gallon Crystal Geyser water. Plus, 2 cases of 40 bottles of water. And, boy was I feeling it today. These exercises helped me a lot today. From a pain level of 10 to a 2. I'm not good with deadlifts either, I always get lower back pain with those. No fun getting old for sure. Thank you, Bob & Brad, you're the best! Hope Bob is doing better.

    Just want to send you some love - thanks for redirecting me to your website. I am a big fan and sing your accolades to friends and family and coworkers often as i think working from home has done a doozy the ruse of back pain and sciatica.
    I am going to try and share with others your programs.
    Thanks for making my past sciatica identified and dealt with quickly - though I haven’t kept up so I am back for a tune up.
    Hope you know how much you have changed lives … even in Canada.
    Keep it up !!!

    I am in Ghana and your videos are extremely wonderful. I suffered from sciatica and followed your exercise routines and advice for two months. Guest what, I am now a Pocket Physiotherapist for my friends and family.
    In Ghana it is easy for someone to ascribe health issues to spiritual attack. Lol. But your videos have demystified a lot of misinformation in our minds.
    I will advise people to take the exercise routines seriously and also walk more. Walking for 30 mins a day helps reduce pain in your affected area. This my two cents

    This really helped, thank you! I pulled my back when I was using improper lifting technique (not fitness) and while the pain is not 100% gone when I sit, I can actually walk straight and with minimal pain. Will definitely do this a few times a day!
    Also re: rolling out of the bed, my bed is too low, I'd have to roll out down on my knees :D

    also finding an awesome chiropractor helps. I had lower back pain the other day it was so bad my back was screaming and the chiro doc fixed it--it was very sore the same day he did an adjustment but the next day I woke up pain free. I wish Bob and Brad would do a video on the benefits of seeing a good chiro doc...it's changed my whole life.

      Not every chiro is a crack and go practice. My chiro does active release and acupuncture which has helped a lot with my extreme prolapsed disc (the doctor says it’s one of the worst he’s seen).

    This channel is so awesome (and wholesome lol). My partner is a little older and I suggested a few of your exercises for balance, lower back (sitting at work for long times) etc and they really help him. Today he did one of your side leg lifts at work in his office, someone came in and asked what he was doing. He said that I recommended Bob and Brad - the other guy was stunned, never thought he would talk to anyone else about this channel (he came across it for a shoulder issue, did the exercises and is better now). Thanks guys!

    Hi Bob and Brad,
    Thank you very much for creating this TH-cam channel. Quick question, how do you build strong abs and core with a herniated disk?
    Thank you,
    Best,

    • @himanshuverma860
      @himanshuverma860 4 ปีที่แล้ว +16

      I suffered a herniated disc in 2003, it’s 2020 right now and I can say I am 95% cured. Half the doctors advise me what his surgery and remaining half suggested aggressive physiotherapy. I did physiotherapy for a couple of years and then moved on to in home exercises once a day. In 2015 I Signed up with a personal trainer and started weight training. it has been a long journey but I can tell you that having a lower back pain has been a boon in disguise, because it has forced me to exercise regularly since last 17 years. your question is very relevant because I was able to control my lower back pain after building strong abs, core and glutes. I love what Bob and Brad have on this channel. I have recommended this channel to several of my friends and family members.

    • @kiax640
      @kiax640 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Himanshu Verma Himanshu Verma thank you for your comment, I’m glad your back is cured! Yes I’ve done a lot of research and I understand that strong core, abs and glutes are the answers! However I’ve also heard many people have slowed down their healing process or have reinjured their backs by doing the wrong exercises so if Bob and Brad would do a video on which Do and Don’t exercises that would be great!

    Just a quick comment if you ever see it. I’m 30 years old and pulled a muscle yesterday when bending over and showing a friend something on my laptop. Woke up this morning and couldn’t walk or even get out of the bed or go to the bathroom without sliding to floor first and slowly with my hands on the wall... super super scary. Did some of your workouts and variations in bed all day and I have been able to get up and moving and the pain is 70% gone already, I’ll take it easy though. I’ll never take spine health/muscle health for granted ever again!!!!! Thank you!
