9:40 Yes there is a Stevie wonder studio, also on their newest building they have 2 dance practice room named "Feel Special" and "Heartbeat" both are songs that JYP wrote for Twice and 2PM respectively. But the funny part is that the "Feel Special" room is too small for Twice to practice in so I don't think they will be using that one as much 😂
