I really like the cars with little engines like this 1.0. They're honest with low consum, despite of its three cylinders sounds peetty well and has good performances for only 80 cv. Good video M.M and Merry Christmas!!
One thing is wrong here. It actually consum more petrol than the TSI's because it has to "fight" a lot more, depending on how you drive the TSI's of course.
I used to own a 2020 BMW 320i, did 5.5L/100km highway speeds. I rented a Polo with this 1.0 MPI, 5.3L/100km highway speeds. This is very low efficiency when compared to the 320i with a motor 2x as big. These small engines are quite bollocks
@@ionion9897 Yep, 5.5l/100km. I don´t accelerate aggressively, I have fun managing the energy, and I drive according to the speed limit. I can have fun doing that. And my 320i did indeed behave that way in these conditions. Tell you more, drove from Oxford to Glasgow and the fuel gauge only went from full to half a tank.
