I actually ran the Summer Nights 5k in Bristol, RI, and it is sponsored and coordinated by the same people. The Summer Nights takes place in June, and it starts around sunset, and you come to a view of the sun setting on the water with the Mt. Hope Bridge in the background. Great after party too.

Congratulations on your race. I have a good race for you i am an auburn nh emt we have what is called the 10 mile race that goes threw the town of auburn there are steep hills and an intresting course. The race is run threw millenial running check it out something for the end of summe date of the race is august 27th

In the couple of days leading into a marathon or half I pretty much eat all white. Nothing, repeat nothing with too much fibre. Also I was wondering why you haven't jumped on the carbon plate bandwagon and bought some fast shoes. They would guarantee you a pb. It's not really cheating either because literally everyone wears them for racing.
