@@TylerJohnstonGuitar Don't need one for that either. I've driven grip-trucks and camera-trucks that size. Granted, I driven 5-ton trucks & refuelers in the Marines. But, they are big and require some experience.
That elephant guitar - the mix of 5 guitar tuners and 3 bass tuners - sheesh. THEN - the mix of a pair of 6-string humbuckers with a Bass pickup shoved inbetween - with some of it's pole pieces in free space and one set under a string already picked up by the humbuckers. And yeah - no way in heck does that thing intonate.
His custom made guitars are not as wild as that elephant job but check out some Charlie Hunter, he plays a hybrid 4-string guitar/3-string bass instrument to great effect! He is a phenomenal player!
You underestimate the younger boomer generation. They buy $5,000 wheels for their side-by-sides and $100,000 trucks and boats like it's nothing. That EVH* case lid will be in some garage above a Corvette in no time haha!
Wrongo kiddo, I'm a younger generation boomer. and I don't have a garage. and I drive an old piece shit Ford P/U. from what I have noticed it's you young whipper snappers. that are driving around in new Honda's, Subaru's, and diesel P/Us. and I would like to know what possess you people to make your cars backfire on purpose? making an engine backfire can't be good for it. one things for sure my generation never did anything so stupid.
That EVH thing looks to be the sidepanel of the road case. It’s not even the removable front panel for the case. I’m blown away that someone actually bought it tho. Wow
poorT Bird!! It reminds me of a 50's strat someone tried to sell on my local C-list. At some point it had been cut into the approximate shape of a Vox Teardrop and had its finish removed to bare wood. Seller swore it wasnt them...
That mobile recording studio truck makes me laugh. I could just see the dude saying you want to see my recording studio? oh no I don't feel like going anywhere. are you sure it's right outside? I bet there's over 5000LBS of recording studio gear on that truck. it probably struggles to haul all that weight around? there's no way a person can't laugh about that? it's god damn hilarious. LMFAO!!!!!! When I think about it that sounds like someone from California? the land of fruits and nuts.
That recording truck was actually cool! Kinda reminds me of “wish bus” in the philippines which is a bus turned to a mobile recording studio/radio station and it drives around the country while bands and artists are playing inside the bus! Really cool concept and now they have one in california
Hey Fluff! Finally got my Peppers Dirty Tree Blackout that I ordered a while back. You were 100% right about how amazing it is with the Rectifiers. That thing is insane boosting my Rev G’s. 🤘🏼🔥🤘🏼 Also, I’d like to see a video comparing running an OD in the Loop vs in the front of the amp. And how some OD’s sound awesome in both positions, and some sound like shit in the loop. My Fortin Hexdrive sounds awesome in the front of the amp, but sounds terrible in the loop (can’t even adjust it to get a good sound), whereas my Dirty Tree sounds good in both positions, but did require some tweaking in the loop to get the tone very organic with the amp, but just a slight brightness boost on top of the Rev-G tone, without washing it out. 👍🏼
Is that recording truck ridiculous? I mean an SSL console with that many mic pres must still be worth something on its own. Things looked clean and well-installed.
You made a good point. What takes 6 years for a guitar build? I think 2 months is perfect from Keisel. Granted there is gold plating and the price is more like 2-3 thousand.
For the exact same 3850, there’s a Novax Charlie Hunter guitar available (also on Reverb). Ya know if you want a quality version of the elephant guitar, sans the elephants.
I see used guitars on there that are six months old that cost more than a brand new one of the same kind at Sweet Water or ZZound. You can get it new for less. They are nuts.
That T-Bird isn't the worst thing I've seen on ridiculous reverb listings. It's terrible, but I'm sure a skilled luthier could build the missing timber back onto the body, give it a gorgeous finish, and restore it to its former glory. There is hope for that one at least!
3:00 Why would you give a "legendary Italian artist" the cheapest thing you can find? He spent 6 years on this? Such a huge waste of time on a piece that never deserved it.
That poor abused thunderbird has been bouncing around Craigslist Philadelphia for several months. Surprising....you'd think there would be at least one fool with $$. If you are a luthier, you could remove the "wings" from the neck, and craft new ones. And then lean in hard with a really pretty finish. And his price is wrong..$3000 is about the skin crawl number.... Thanx!
Wow that thunderbird was a sin. It is basically only good for parts. Like using the husk’s center piece to repair a thunderbird with a bad neck repair. I could see asking a few grand for the value of parts. But come on 8k is insanely over priced.
The flightcase front panel is fine, most people here would pay $500 for it, so a rich guy will pay $5,000, and you don't want the full case, you can't hang a case on the wall
Is it weird that I don’t think the second one is that bad😅, if that was made like that from the beginning and not based on the Les Paul Jr I don’t think many people would see the issue🤔
The right person could restore that T-Bird bass. Since it's a neck-through (which looks to be in good shape), you could replace the wings with new mahogany. $8000 for a project bass is ridiculous though. Maybe $3000.
The best part of these is the "legendary artist" and then you Google their name and... Nada. Nothing. Nothing at all. So "legendary" artist that Google doesn't even know them.
Dude anybody (you) who dropped near $10 grand on a Les Paul. Shouldn't be Baggin' Guitars listed with goofy prices. $10 Grand LOL. Gibson has literally made and sold Millions of them made since 1952. Not hard to find Still in production. Of this fragile over weight. So what guitar. Yeah I know P90's Mini-humbucking & regular humbucking pup's. And for 3 years the Paul looked a lot like an SG. Still leaves millions built & sold. Hey I got a Les Paul!!! So what everyone has got a Les Paul.. But wait .. Don't tell me .. Yours is somehow especially; special. .. LOL
You gotta throw a sponsor me tape at him, I'll explain. What I had to do to get noticed is hide out at his most likely post office box physical location and wait to toss him a tape with the goods on it.
4:43 That needs to be in a museum! Super cool!!
I dig the studio on wheels. Don’t know enough about the equipment to say whether it’s a fair price or not, but it’s very cool.
Be cheaper to buy a new RAM van and kit it out with everything you need.
@@minxlabrada Agreed, and you wouldn’t need a CDL to drive it.

Even with outdated gear, 300k for that mobile (you have to pronounce "mobile" British) is a pretty good deal.
9:35 not so much a T-Bird as a T-Rex with the arms!
So...7ish?
You know who might buy that ThunderBird?
Trogley.
Nah, I doubt Trogly would be interested in buying THAT! 🙃
Trucks like that would be used to record live albums. Watching some old DT documentaries show something similar 😄
The worst thing about RRL is that now we have to wait a couple of weeks for the next round of Fluff-iness.
You are awesome man! Always enjoy your vids!
The last one. Look at the pickups! I could not stop looking at the ineffective pickups!!!!!
You underestimate the younger boomer generation. They buy $5,000 wheels for their side-by-sides and $100,000 trucks and boats like it's nothing. That EVH* case lid will be in some garage above a Corvette in no time haha!
Yep. A $100,000 truck which DOES NOT GET USED FOR WORK. They buy it as a city cruiser...
@@maj1260 was licking Doritos off my fingers, sorry.
1000%
They'll probably buy the studio truck and put the EVH piece on the wall in there. Then drive around so they can show everyone. 😂🤣

Listing number 3 is pretty cool, won't deny it. So clean too.
I heard that truck studio is where Willy recorded on the road again.
How do we get people to understand that nobody wants their heavily modified guitar and they need to just throw it away if they don't want it anymore?
Congrats on 420k!!!!!

The truck is rad.
I wouldn't be surprised, if someone bought that power supply road case door? some of those EVH fan boys are pretty serious about their guy.
In regards to that last ad with the elephant guitar, I believe that was actually created for Dhalsim from the Street Fighter series of games.
Listing 6 Is the wes borlands " stampede of the disco elephans" guitar)

Zeppelin IV was recorded by the Rolling Stones mobile studio.

The rolling stones used a mobile recording studio.
I have no confidence that the Cobain image is a painting. Amazing what you can do with some internet access and a decent printer! 😅
The EVH case part is cool. Not $5000 cool, but definitely a unique piece with a cool story.

Local pickup only for the mobile recording truck... 🤣
5:30 - I would buy it but there's not enough room in the back to park KITT

What is it with the drum vault? Never heard of it, it’s somehow local but he owns literally ALL of aerosmith’s old gear and more

3850 seems like a bargain for the elephanto gy-ta
fluff. do you have any videos of your band?
For $18k, I could get an entire touring band kit including lights. And probably an OK van. LOL!
Too many drugs, and too many power tools turned that poor Thunderbird IV into a II.
Holy S**t I want that AMR truck pity its LHD 😂
So it took 6 years to make that LP Jr look that bad?
The tuners have elephantitus! 😂😂😂
As a Long Islander, I am embarrassed that the $18k Les Paul Junior is here.
I'm gonna buy the mobile studio to use on a door dash recording scheme… i mean business.

guess were never seeing that $150 switchtip
Send the elephant guitar to Rob Scallon.
Thers a fine line between art and money laundering
Just make new wings on the bird.
That's what i thought. It's just a center block with wings anyway.
You can literally buy C.C Deville’s old 80’s ,NBAGT Video used Tiffany’s BC Rich in almist mint condition for $18k.

Lol, they’re out of their minds
Hear me out: get RID of the elephants make it only have 2 bass strings so u can use a single p pickup. Now we’re on a good path
How bout less Ridiculous Reverb and MORE RIG ROASTING????
If my Uber driver was trying to make a famous live podcast I'd get it but otherwise that broadcast truck is a nope
Well if you have got 5 grand just lying around, you might as well buy a Gibson.
18k for a butchered entry level guitar? Why not just make your own guitar, and leave the the LP Jr. as an affordable option for actual players.

Elephant guitar.............tis a bit shit............
