Pokemon Conquest is such a good game, I played it all the time as a kid and I even revisit it every now and then. When you beat the base game, every unique character that you meet has their own mini story to playthrough, it's all just so amazing
Honestly the padding is the main issue. You have to do basically all those stories to get the true ending and so many of them are just "capture all the kingdoms again."

It's honestly character development, i found dash kinda annoying last year bc he was only ever ironic. yeah, i know irony is central to the channel(and i love it too), but before jacob and jo would drop the bit eventually and just talk about stuff. Like in the mario golf gba vids, or the endless easy playthrough. it was a good mix of "ultra irony" and "chill podcast". Pokemon Conquest is to this day STILL my favorite piece of Pokemon media of all time, full stop. It's not only a way fucking cooler take on turn based Pokemon combat, but it lets you move around multiple unique arenas that are all vastly different and have different environmental hazards. Yes, it IS pretty much Pokemon meets Fire Emblem, but god it is so much more fun and memorable than ANY mainline Pokemon game. Not only is there super interesting and cool or cute character designs for the basic NPCs, the fucking unique characters all look phenomenal. NOT TO FUCKING MENTION the fact that all of those said unique characters can EVOLVE and then look EVEN FUCKING COOLER, plus they have their partner Pokemon on the screen with them and they emote with the character. That game is so fucking good and deserves a sequel. TL:DR - Pokemon Conquest slaps, please play it.

I played Corrin a lot in Smash 4, and I remember specifically while I was playing with some friends, I got this super long combo with her tilts and aerials, it was so hype. And then another time where I trolled a friend who was complaining I was countering too much... by immediately using counter on every projectile Corrin fun
