"Our Teams Use of Maximo" from Georgia Department of Labor by Phyllis Clayton

Phyllis gives a high level summary of the various modules used in Maximo to manage assets for GDOL. Phyllis will also share some the pending functionality that is planned for Maximo.
Speaker Biography:
Phyllis Clayton is the Support Services Manger for GA Dept. of Labor (GDOL). Her team has worked with Maximo since 2008. At GDOL, Phyllis has a variety of areas that she manages. She is the Asset Manager, Records Manager, Security Destruction Manager, Supply Warehouse Manager, Vehicle Coordinator, and Mail Services Manager. Mail Services includes a mailroom and a High Volume mail processing area, using a FPS9 mail machine.
