Today I am sharing the recipe of much requested Strawberry Glaze Cake. The cake is very easy to make with a spongy base and an easy strawberry glaze. It is very delicious and worth to try. Do try it and give your feed backs.

~INGREDIENTS~
Weight of cake- 1 pounds
Cake tin- 6 inch diameter
Measuring cup- 200 ml
For Batter
All purpose flour-1 cup
Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup approx
Unflavoured Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Milk- 3/4 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Strawberry essence- 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Milk powder( Optional) - 4 tbsp
For Strawberry Glaze
White Compound Chocolate- 100g
Hershey's Strawberry Syrup- 2 tbsp
Milk- 2 tbsp
Chocolate shavings, Silver ball and sprinkles for decoration
