Gourdon - A Unique Architectural Village - Discovering A Provencal Medieval Village Full of Charm

A unique architectural heritage
Get lost in the winding streets to better rediscover the soul of the place. Stroll along the monuments and discover the St Pierre church whose two towers impose their Gothic omnipotence. Go a little further and push the door of the Maison Cavaignac erected in the 18th century, the Town Hall, a former consular house of the 17th century or the Maison du Sénéchal which has become a Center for the Interpretation of Architecture and Heritage. Here, the secrets of one of the most emblematic buildings in the city are revealed, a great opportunity to explore the trades of the Middle Ages, the house during the Renaissance and the daily life of Gourdon over the ages.
