Oh wow, the tractor was stuck deep! Was that field used previously for rice? I does look quite boggy with all the rain you had. Is the local bureaucracy delaying things for the store? Do they make you do the usual back and forth to different departments, Fiji style?
With the natural resources at your disposal, why don't you propose agriculture department to try some new species of fruits which can generate good income. I visit some Asian markets here in Canada and see several fruits and Vegetables that can be grown in fiji as well.
