Can't agree with your comments anymore. Hua Hua is exactly a genius of music. His innovative thinking of compose, singing skills and stage performances all are perfect. He is my favorite artist undoubtedly.
I just watched a season of a show called The Next, which pits established artists against amateurs who challenge them with doing a new arrangement of songs of their choosing in only 24 hours. They typically choose goofy or simple ballads, etc. One challenger gave Hua Chenyu a lyric-less movie theme song and he came up with a masterpiece, Great Sage Equal to Heaven (about the Monkey King)...he also did My Skateboard Shoes and Nanping Evening Bell...all in 24 hours for each. He is truly a genius.

The mentors have only 24 hours time to rearrange them. In Huas Huas case he sometimes completely invented them new. Or he was forced to write them because the songs didn't really exist before. Only some seconds of music from games etc.... His collaborations with some of the unknown contestants are really epic too. Especially those with Su Shiding, Geng Sihan, Fan Yuan Yuan., Ma Lu.
