I worked at the cheesecake factory for 3.5 years and can confirm that the pasta and salad is amazing that they ordered. I’ve never had the chicken parm sandwich because I just don’t like chicken parm in general but I’ve tasted everything on the menu at least once and the good thing about the cheesecake factory is they will alter or sub anything to suit your dietary restrictions or just personal preferences. People would tell me that they were jealous cause I got to eat cheesecake every day but I rarely ever ate the cheesecake. The skinnylicious menu is amazing if you want something lighter

They have some bomb Orange chicken with snow peas. I always have to get extra sauce though because it hits so hard. Chicken and biscuits is also a good choice.

I had bariatric surgery (sleeve surgery) so my stomach is so small and I can’t eat a regular meal so I love that they have the skinny menu cuz I have to get kids menu anywhere else when eating out! So TRY A VIDEO NOW ON THE LOWEST CALORIE ITEMS OFF THEIR SKINNY MENU HAHA! I believe I ordered the stuff mushrooms and the taquitos. I get full SO FAST off pasta, fries, bread so I went with those 2! But yea be great to now see u guys rate the skinny menu! Haha
