Hey everyone! Welcome to Episode 3 of the series. In this video, we'll continue our journey of building a Mecha by modeling the arm. This is a real-time process video, so you can easily follow along with every step. I'm using Blender version 3.6, along with some external add-ons like Cutter Box, Hard Ops, and Grid Modeler.
Let me explain a bit about the process. When modeling the arm, we'll start with basic shapes to form the Mecha as we want. You'll see me work through each step in the video, from creating those basic shapes to adding more complex details to make the Mecha look really awesome and cool. Each detail is carefully considered and crafted to ensure the Mecha's arm is not only strong but also aesthetically pleasing.
We'll begin by using basic shapes like boxes and cylinders to create the framework of the arm. These shapes will be adjusted in size and form to fit the overall proportions and design of the Mecha. Then, we'll add details like joints, armor, and mechanical parts to increase the realism and complexity of the model.
Each arm component is a crucial part of the Mecha, and modeling the arm is not just about the shape but also about functionality and flexibility in movement. We'll ensure that the joints can move smoothly and naturally, allowing the Mecha to perform complex actions when animated. In the video, I'll share some tips and techniques to make these details more dynamic and lifelike.
Don't forget, throughout the process, I'm always looking for ways to make the model not only look great but also be highly functional.
Now, without keeping you waiting any longer, let's dive into the video! Make sure you've got your tools ready, and join me in the creative world of Mecha modeling. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel. Let's get started!
