I went to a church in Massachusetts when I was up there, where there was a man who danced with flags in his stocking feet. That man was so anointed. He danced w his eyes closed and flags going all over the place. He NEVER bumped anyone and no one EVER had to duck......I cried every time I saw him dance. It was wonderful...praise Yah!

Thank you for the video. I am learning from the videos I see. What rod is the second flag? I have one rod straight other is flex. I seen short ones and ones with balls. You probably have a video explaining these and how to use each rod. If so let me know.

I use medium flags, large and extra large are painful for my arms 😂
