Thanks for this video! Worked on Pixel 4XL running Android 13 (Build TP1A.220905.004) that was network locked to Verizon Wireless in United States. Note: This does not unlock the bootloader for those interested in loading custom ROMs on the device. The "OEM Unlocking" toggle will remain grayed out in the developer settings menu after performing the steps in the video. However I did test and successfully complete calls and used mobile data with an active T-Mobile sim card, which was not recognized by the phone before performing the steps in this video.

I called Verizon support and they said the original buyer has to go back to where it was purchased to unlock it. The only downside is that if you do a factory reset (after unlocking), it will return to being SIM-Locked by the carrier. ....and you'll have to do all the steps all over again.
Indeed if you reset you have do follow the steps again... the strange thing Verizon tells on their website that after x moths from activation should automatically unlock but actually is not like this ...
