Never thought too hard about Lizzo but after seeing her play the flute whilst pulse-squatting and seconds later going into a bombastic verse and I'm sold. If you can't admit she's talented, you're falling for your knee jerk reaction and you're missing out
100% they reduce her to public scrutiny, but by the eyes you can see she is a superstar.
Yeah, she's 100% not playing it live, like Katy Perry.
Did you listen to the same live? Her singing sounds horrible in this... if I wanna hear a flutist I go see a classical orchestra....

Its a great f'ing single. Grooves like a muthafker. And, as someone else has pointed out.... no mobile phones. Just the crowd loving it and engaging with the performance.

Set designers, sound engineers, in fact everyone contributing to any performance are recognised BY the final one stage’ performance. If it punches without any hitches, they’re recognised BUT they aren’t the one stage’ performer and they’re the ones everything hangs on as far as the punters are concerned! But I get your drift. This blows my mind. What has happened to the human race. 10 years ago, if you wanted to be a backup dancer and didn’t get the job; you’d probably be told to lose a few pounds or improve your technique. Today if you want the job, you’ll need to gain 100 pound and just twerk. 🤪

This is her last song on her set, she has high energy with all those dancing throughout the performance. Of course by the end she run out of energy.
i really doubt either of you could sing like her let alone sing, dance, entertain and play fucking WIND instruments for a whole hour plus, almost every day a week for more than half the year. Want to talk about stamina, stop hating on the internet and get a hobby.

Not to mention she sounds terrible and out of tune at times... awful...

I can't tell if lizzo is bad, the sound engineer is bad, or what... but it just sounds like shes shouting the whole thing.
The sound engineer is only processing what's entering the microphone. The singer is unfit, terribly overweight and her lungs are struggling, that's why her singing is forced and strained.

She didnt hit all the notes well. It can also be challenging at a large venue with in ear monitors.
