Corvus is only good for short fights... but if u get enough missions done every fights a short fight
One of the more unique champ that requires max resources. His reach is limited. May also require sacrifice sometime: using other champs to get defender to lower health and knock them down with Corvus to get the charge.
He works in abyss though , kt1 use him in a fun run , and he works extremely well

I have used CG for Act 4 n 5 and he cleared most of the fights n path for me = 4* & 5* CG. So I won't agree he is good for "short fights only".

Just a tip, I personally wouldn't use the Nick synergy with Corvus. He gets the bleed debuff but doesn't take damage, so willpower actually heals him up. The regen you're getting from Nick synergy isn't worth the 2 slots on the team in my opinion.

I mean nick would still be there since he's needed for the evade synergy. So it's one more spot
@@kingbradley3402 I wouldn't use the evade synergy. It's useful for ramp up champs to stop them losing combo but if using Corvus you want to parry for the armour break so you shouldn't need the evade in most cases.
@@paulhorrocks6845 the evade wont work if you're blocking or dex iirc,I dont think it works like spideys evade
Remember when Corvus where dismissed because everyone only cared about Proxima special 3 insane damage, he went under the radar for quite some time till people realized his power.

@toshio they said nothing, on release everyone only cared about proxima huuuuge sp3 numbers, so Corvus went under the radar for a long time.
Pro Corvus player tip: keep the bleed from the suicide masteries for some good willpower healing.
Corvus takes no damage from bleed but it still activates on him so you get a good chunk of health back.
- Sails - he got restoration synergy, which purifies the bleed and heals him up at the beginning of each fight
@@mulla8645 you only get 7% regen with full suicides instead of ~14% if he keeps bleeding. Also OR will be gimped if you're running him on your team aswell.

@@mr.p-brawlstars7591 the only time you would want to remove the bleed is if you're facing a Void and want to try keep as much health as possible. I'm not aware of any other scenarios though.

Before corvus I lurking near act 4 and struggling in heroic stuff then I got 5* corvus then got uncollected and now doing uncollected every month with him he pushed me alot farther in game in so little time

I have a maxed out corvus and i got him while doing Act4 and i got uncollected last month. He has helped me through 90% of the content in the game. I absolutely love him. I got a 5* corvus too after getting uncollected and I took him up to rank 4. Absolutely worth it.
Should I awaken my maxed out 4 star corvus?
@@mexicanfixescoronavirus2093 He doesn't need his awakened ability but it does come handy in some situations, like last months EQ boss terrax. I used a AG on my 4* corvus and I don't regret it at all
@@mexicanfixescoronavirus2093 he is good even unawakened.. but for longer fight his awakened ability helps him to gain those glaive charges bit faster, provided you spend them within 30 seconds. He is not worth a generic gem but if u have class gem and no other champion in cosmic, go for him
@@mexicanfixescoronavirus2093 his awakened ability is extremely useful for example you blocked a couple of hits of a special of the opponent and you are on 1% the immortality would save you a revive and in incursions saves your ass if you partner cant take down the node the degen fail-safe is great
i pulled a 6* Corvus 2 weeks ago he is still rank1 and even that way he feels like a cheatcode for the game tho, just need one more T5Basic to rank him 2

Q wolfzy Vlogs get an AG and put as many sig stones into void as you can. He will help your progression a ton.
Catedrátrico de Barsa I had the four star maxed forever but it don’t compare to the power of the SIx star even at rank one. Wait till you get a five or six he’s sick.
Corvus tip : For Act 6 health pools you can drop to a "2 combo" (ML only). You can get to two SP2s on the first set of charges if you play it very slow. Also possible to just throw lights to build power if you really need to keep the glaives up.
Iirc the unofficial kabam mike channel had done the math on the dmg of corvus attacks, M-L-M turned out to be the most damaging variant

I absolutely can agree to this. I'm convinced there's odds stacked against their drop rates. I only have Corvus as a 3* and have only ever pulled Quake once as a 4*. My account is also 5+ years old now

Just pulled the 6* after my initial completion of act 6. Plan to use the 1-2 6* rank up gem with him but I'm close to getting another 6* so I'll wait to see who that is before using it. Pretty hyped to have him at 6* to pair with my 5* corvus.
In the same boat as you...my 5* is at rank 4 and I'm saving T5B and T2A to take take up the 6* to rank 2. Running them both with both completing 3+ each is just overkill.
Slight mistake in the video with regards to the true strike. He doesn't lose any damage since he deals true damage anyway, even without the synergy, meaning he ignores all armor, but the reason that sometimes you might not see a damage increase is because the armor breaks don't always negate all the armor of the champion you're fighting. Like ultron and hulkbuster have more base armor, so even with 1 armor break, you deal the same amount of damage as with no armor breaks, but if you get more than 1 and completely negate their base armor, then you will see the damage increase. The way I understand it, true damage only bypasses all positive armor gains on a champion, not the negatives, its kinda weird.
For questing a go to synergy for me is either Thor, Thor rag or Loki and Heimdaill. Saved me so many units and revives. ENJOY
At first I would use M-L then parry. This way you have acces to two SP2 before you consume all the glaives charges. This is helpful when you have no active mission
I think Fury synergy heals the first suicide mastery you've activated, so if you put poison first you should purify it and heal from the bleed which stays on.
Another tip, on matador you can hit the block and bait sp1 to charge to the sp2 for free, maybe could have gotten mysterio down this way

I'm not the greatest corvus player in the world but I've been using my 5* rank 4 for a while now and I'd recommend sticking with a mlm combo even after you gain charges. since the first light isn't a glaive attack you can save all of the glaive charges for the mediums and it really helps in saving them. I find that the light attacks which use the charges just aren't worth it in most scenarios but that might just be me

@@euwpredator862 no you don't, his synergies just give him extra effects when he's completed certain missions. The true strike one with proxima is pretty crazy but his mutant one isn't really worth it
One more tier 5 and then I’ll rank 2 glaive. Really tough decisions though I want to rank 5 torch and Claire too. Lol

Not 'no glaive charges'. They're called missions. He has 20 Glaive Charges each fight (30 if he got a mission from from an avenger & fighting an avenger after that)

I got Corvus as 5* and took him to rank 4, he’s now my second rank 4 and my best champion currently, in one day he took me from being stuck on act 5.1.6 for a month, to 5.2.5 which is now where I’m stuck

I play Quake the first time 3 days ago and looovvvvveeree her but I only have a 3 star HELPPPPP 😭😭😭
Ya use the 3 combo it dose more damage than a 5 combo as you only drain 2 charges and get 3 hits in 2 of which are mediums making it so you can gain the most power and damage
There is a more impractical way for corvus which is time consuming but more damage
His True Damage Buff is standard and means that he ignores armor and resistances. This means that he deals the same amount of damage whether the opponent has 5 armor up buffs or 8 armor break debuffs because he is simply ignoring the armor stat, whether it is a positive (armor ups) or negative (armor breaks) number. His synergy with Proxima changes that True Damage Buff into a True Strike Buff. The True Damage function is baked in to the new True Strike Buff based on Forum Mods in his Spotlight thread, so the armor rating remains ignored even with Proxima on the team and he therefore does not increase his damage based on how many armor breaks he has, he just negates whatever additional benefits the opponent has when armor ups are active by ensuring that they are all removed at once.

I got a 6* Corvus about 2 months ago. I took him to rank 2 before I took ANY 5* to rank 5 and I don’t regret it at all. He’s nuts

I think the answer is Corvus' "Mission 2: Sabotage Technology" - Tech Champions have 25% reduced Ability Accuracy.
He is a beast, he is what got me to uncollected last month almost single handedly. He absolutely destroyed the Collector.

To me personally, Corvus is God-tier unawakened but he doesn't move into that beyond category until he gets his awakened ability. The ability to do many fights where, as long as you play well, you can continue to push through with one health is massively underrated. Some crazy/node debuff you're not immune to? Who cares, hit their block as much as possible, get to your L2, and end it. The challenge a ways back with the Rogue and IMIW with block penetration involved lots of gameplay with Corvus cheesing it...awakened. Your own previous beyond God tier gampeplay vid on Corvus from like the 3 minute mark forward isn't possible without the awakened ability. I know his damage doesn't need it and I know he has some utility without but his use cases go WAY up after he's awakened.
Nice job! Max Corvus would be a team of Corvus, Proxima, Dr Strange, another Corvus, another Proxima. Synergy gets up to +28% attack and True strike

I pulled a 5star corvus as my 7th 5star, and I knew he was good, but I didnt know he was that good!
If you still have glaive charges and the opponent is at a special 3, throw your special 2 and it'll drain 20% of the opponents max power.
If you're not using power boosts, you can just do ML, that way you can do 2 SP2. This is more useful in the first fights of the quest. Also after watching this, I really need to unlock suicides!

Lagacy claims, medium light light medium is the most balanced combo for power gain and use of charges. I'm sure you probably already know this but, just in case.

Throw ebony maw an gulk on the team get a passive precision crustal rating by 50% for 20 secs and then gulk gives you +155 critical rating as well

With corvus awakening, you only get your glaive charges back quicker if you use them all within like 20 seconds which isn't really going to happen
Can someone tell me why his power doesn't drain after Mysterio's sp2 @ 10:30? Sp2 should drain power just on activation but Corvus power bar doesn't move.

My only wish is that he regenerated. Other than that, he's a beast. My 4 star is crazy, and my 5 star is crazy awesome. Also, the 3 hit combo is useless imo. Just fight normal. Lol Finally, when you run out of glave chargers... it's just unfairly too long of a wait until they come back. That all being said. I'm baffled that you slept on this champion. He's simpe and very effective.
