Great job! I might add, that although you have 6 plugs, a home brewer can easily add more hoses and pumps beyond 6 if they had that many systems. Most home brewers probably won't exceed 2 very often, but for brewers that brew in batches from time to time, like myself, it is nice to know you could easily exceed the 6 without issues. It also works great to cold crash pressure fermentations before moving them to a keg. (Tip: Don't cold crash a fermentation in a fermenter not under pressure, as it will create suck back that could bring oxygen or other stuff into your finished beer.)
Plus Blichmann Glycol system is insanely energy efficient compared to other systems on the market.

Great chiller. I have three 14gal Cruciables and it maintains fermentation temps with no problems.

First off, great chiller, but with caveats. I’m on my second one…actually, my third. Bought VERY early on and first one was exchanged. On to my point…please find a way to offer the replacement relay unit and capacitor. If the chiller dies, the overload relay or capacitor is a likely culprit, especially in a warm garage. For my chiller that died, you were no help on replacement parts. Fortunately, we negotiated on a replacement unit and I have stuck with you. Else, I would be with a competitor. Lastly, please explain horsepower listed on the compressor vs. what you advertise.

@smitty7592, thanks for reaching out and we are so sorry to hear of your experience with the earlier models of the chiller. We've made significant strides recently, including forming a more dedicated team and enhancing our processes to ensure every customer has a superior experience with us throughout the brewing journey. Excitingly, we've upgraded our chiller to a 1/2 HP from 3/8, boosting its cooling capacities to 3100 BTU/hr at 28°F and 3400 BTU/hr at 34°F. We are getting ready to release a video that explains the calculations further. We're committed to providing you with an improved experience and hope to exceed your expectations in the future. Cheers!
