This was our first ever mangrove tour and now one of our favourite memories! Malaysia is so beautiful, is there anywhere we missed that we should go to next time?

Sorry to hear about transportations issues you faced. Some of the ferry services have not resumed fully since the pandemic. Some have since shut down as they were not earning any money for more than a year. Trust that things will get better in a while. Maybe at your next trip here?
In the meantime, i really hope you can explore more of the islands of Perhentian, Tioman and Kapas as they have some of the most turqoise waters around with white sandy beaches. Cheers and have a safe trip!

We spoke to a few locals about the ferry services and they also said the same as you. We understand that everything was effected by covid and fingers crossed we hope it gets back to normal for everyone. We would love to visit Langkawi again. Yes so we are planning a trip to one of those islands you suggested you’ll have to wait and see which one we go to ☺️

@@Onthemovetravelstories Perhentian would be the most tourist friendly but Kapas is rather untouched and the clearest waters. Either way, you will surely enjoy it as all these islands have crystal clear waters and white sands. Take care you all!

Enjoy your stay in malaysia throughout, wherever you decide to visit, just be sure to do your research first so things would be smoother, have fun!
