one tip i would give is to keep your floss away from the port openings , also block up one of the port holes and join the two ports together to be flared at both ends if the box is deep enough ;)

Nice speaker box! Don't you have to wire the speakers out of phase when facing each other so they don't cancel each other out, from your video it looks like both are in phase? Which sounds better, wiring them in phase or out of phase?

You better using recycled clothes as a filler or wool, another way to reduce the Bass by two to four octaves is fix a board in front of the driver half an inch MDF with some standoffs where the screws going to the speaker that go into the cabinet try and allow about an inch gap between the surround and the bored, if you can get some bitumen pads that they use in cars and stick a third of the size of the driver in the middle of the bored will help .
