Rinseless wash is like magic on interiors in my opinion. Using a damp microfiber from the rinseless wash bucket is also removing a lot of odors from the interior after gently wiping the headliner, seats, and carpets. One tip I do for the center tunnel area by the seats which is sometimes difficult to clean stains from is a paint stirring stick. Placing a dampened cloth from the rinseless wash bucket and wrapping it around the stick will remove the visible staining. Thank you for the video.
Enjoyed cleaning interior with rinse-less. My all weather carpets although relatively new required all clean to remove some sort of muddy stain. Topped with tire lotion, looks admirable. Thanks for the advice on this video.
Cleaned my interior for first. Time using diy rinsrless. Steering wheel feels like new. Thank you guys for the ongoing content and easy to use product.
As far as the loose trash goes (empty cups, receipts, napkins, etc) a great time to throw that stuff away is while you're pumping gas. You have nothing else to do while it's pumping and gas stations always have trash cans by the pumps. Plus it keeps your garage trash from filling up so quickly!
Great tool for vacuuming carpets in your car, they have compact power carpet attachments for a central vacuum. I have one that i used when i didn't use molded floor mats and only used the carpet mats. Excellent for sand and is great for pet hair
Vauum the weathertech mats before taking them out. Sometimes they are a bear to get out and dirt rocks, etc can fling everywhere. I used to just try pulling and made a bugger mess on the clean carpet below. Now you can soak the weathertechs with water to works as the solvent as Nick mentioned. Then any cleaner and a scrub brush to get junk out. Then rinse and wipe or air dry Great tips guys!
Rinseless V2 on the interior is great. I love using interior clean and protect on the seats and steering. Reduce rubbing. Interior clean and protect is underated. So cheap. I still have the same bottle i bought last year
I'm a total beginner, so please be aware of this advice. However... 😁 I had some good results with a small (creme brulee) torch. Had some awesome results on a scratched dashboard and door panel. However, where it got too hot/ the flame licked the panel it got worse. Couldn't make that better anymore, so be warned. But the parts that did workout is looked very good. Good luck 👍
Hey Yvan! Would you recommend using a spiral hose for a mobile car detailer that uses a battery powered pressure washer? I've never used one myself before and I'm not sure if it might lift up and scratch the car when you stretch it out or something like that. Would love to hear your thoughts on this please? And the reason why I wanted to get a spiral hose is because apparently they can't tangle up and kink.
Any tips for mineral oil sunscreen? SIL coated passenger side of SUV in it; while I was able to clean it all off, it did take me 3-4passes with P&S Xpress Interior cleaner and a brush, with a rinseless wipe down in between lathers. I was very tempted to break out All Clean at 30:1, but at this point I am essentially afraid to use it on an interior. I figured 3-4 passes with an interior cleaner is better/safer than one pass with an APC. Thoughts?
back in the 70's i used to clean carpets and furniture and we would fill a five gallon bucket with warm water and throw in a handfull of tsp (trisodium phosphate), dampen a rag in the bucket and rub it on the spot on the carpet or furniture then rub the spot with a clean dry towel and most of the time the spot would come out. i now know that tsp is pretty strong and might be too much for car detailing. actually i just remembered i used to stick my bare band in the box of tsp and put it and my hand in the bucket and swirl it around...not too bright.
@@diydetailofficial that is so true....what i want now is some of the red gloves you use so when i'm washing my car passerby know i follow the DIY procedures and use the DIY products
@@diydetailofficial Thank you . That video gave me a ton of ideas. Im thinking a heated serfactant with a rinseless dampen towel would clean faster on the badly abused carpets and seats.

One of my most favorite things recently is using rinseless in my tornador max I trigger it on and off for the liquid depending on the area I’m blowing My question would be I want to experiment with using clean and protect in the container My concerns are 1. Would it be too much to be using in a tornador 2. Is there anyway I can dilute it even if it’s just by 25 percent to make it last more
I’ve got 4 words for ya: Nick’s favorite glass towel. It’s the DIY way. And to authenticate it’s effectiveness . It’s Yvan approved. Legacy Sponge Perforated Decontamination Towel Nick’s Favorite Glass Towel etc. N
DIY Rinseless is all you need IF the vehicle is maintained. If a vehicle is your daily and you don’t maintain it weekly, then maybe DiY Rinseless isn’t enough … or maybe it would be. Depends on the levels of contamination. That pee-pee juice is magic. However, if a vehicle has been abused and neglected … then it becomes a matter of DiY Rinseless just not being powerful enough to get the job done on its own. You have to add in either an abrasive (brush) or steam. You do NOT need aggressive chemicals for interior cleaning at all. Upholstery is different, that’s a separate thing. I use Bio Break for all upholstery situations that demand attention. For upholstery surface cleaning, though, it’s still just rinseless solution. Is DiY Rinseless the best? Yes. And no. There are several rinseless wash products that do the same thing. More or less. You can argue that OnR is better or Absolute is better or whatever. In the end, they’ll all get you where you need to be. Pick one. I like the pee sauce, that’s what I use. 😊😊😊
How long does it take for the smell to go away after using interior ceramic on carpet and fabric seats? Smells kind of like vinegar. Used on one vehicle and can’t use on others if the smell continues to stay. It’s not a pleasant smell at all.
Back to those with rinseless and Clean & Protect. On cars that haven't been cleaned in a log time, is it worth doing an initial wipe with rinessless and then go back with Clean & Protect? Also, nice chompers Nick! lol
That’s what I just did last weekend. Rinse less first then clean and protect. However If it’s been neglected, and the rinse less isn’t enough of a punch. You can use all clean (or equivalent) and then follow up with interior clean and protect.
Thank you yvan for taking the time to give tips on using air in the right places from back to front. Excellent advice. I take out floor matts and vacuum every nook and cranny without air blowing and wondering how to get in between console and seat!
Rinseless wash is my favorite tool now. On the outside to spray on at the very start. On the inside to wipe everything down.
Excellent

just starting to get into detailing my own car and my sons new style Mini Countryman UK style, what do you think about steaming your carpets
That’s fine, just be sure to dry them well
Wonderful! Unfortunately we don't have that laundry detergent so I use All Clear and distilled white vinegar.😜
Good
Hey Nick do you prefer Rinse less wash over Pol-Star. You put me onto that product years ago and it's been great ever since. Thanks 🙏
Both are great, use what works for you :)
Superb video thanks guys!
Glad you enjoyed it!
How do you recommend washing microfiber towels and the drying blanket?
Use a laundry detergent without colouring, fragrance, or fabric softeners , in cold water. Dry them with the lowest heat possible in your machine
How do you remove scuff marks on the hard plastic door panels
Regraining, it’s a service interior repair places offer

Is the original rinseless wash ok for the interior or does it need to be the v2?

When Interior Clean and Protect is applied with a towel, then followed with another towel to dry, does that remove any protection?
No

We do not recommend using chemicals in a Tornador. The atomization is very fine, and gets on your skin.
