Because Kamen Rider has almost never reached America. It only exists in the form of a handful of imported toys, 2 subtitled shows from 20 and 50 years ago respectively, and 2 adaptations considered so bad they have no current home release. I can't blame them for not spending tens of thousands to localise them.

@@brailingpena8329 Uh, no modern consoles are region locked anymore. It's not just a Switch thing. Hell, Nintendo were the last ones to ease up on region locking, the Wii U and 3DS were both region locked while the PS3, PS4 and Xbox One were all region free well before the Switch landed.
